  • Publication number: 20220284499
Abstract: Techniques are provided for generating feature-level recommendations for content items. One method comprises obtaining feature values related to a content item; applying the feature values to a trained engagement prediction model that generates an influence score for each feature value, wherein the influence score for each feature value indicates an influence of each respective feature value on a performance indicator associated with the content item; generating a recommendation for improving the performance indicator using the influence score for each feature value; and initiating a modification of the content item using the recommendation. Features can be selected using an artificial intelligence technique that performs a sub-image analysis on historical content items to evaluate an area of influence for a region of the historical content items when a feature value of a feature is changed. An automated feature extraction process may extract feature values using machine learning model.

  • Patent number: 11301614
Abstract: An existing design of an integrated circuit includes existing cells that have already been placed and routed. An engineering change order (ECO) specifies additional new cells (ECO cells) to be inserted into the existing design. The ECO cells are also associated with target locations for their placement among the existing cells, but these target locations may violate design rules. The feasibility of “legalizing” the placement of the ECO cells within the existing design is assessed as follows. The ECO cells are clustered into clusters based on their target locations. Clusters are assessed by determining an ECO placement impact (EPI) index for individual clusters. The EPI index is a measure of the feasibility for legalizing the placement of the ECO cells in that cluster.

Abstract: A three-dimension measurement device includes a moving device, a projecting device, a surface-type image-capturing device and a processing device. The moving device carries an object, and moves the object to a plurality of positions. The projecting device generates a first light to the object. The surface-type image-capturing device senses a second light generated by the object in response to the first light to generate a phase image on each of the positions. The processing device is coupled to the surface-type image-capturing device and receives the phase images. The processing device performs a region-of-interest (ROI) operation for the phase images to generate a plurality of ROI images. • Publication number: 20210242057
Abstract: An overhead transport vehicle is described for association with an Automated Material Handling System (AMHS). The overhead transport vehicle provides features to the AMHS by which the AMHS is able to reduce a number of manual urgent lot rescues by the fab operator when a logistic algorithm controlling traffic in the AMHS is unable to transport the front opening unified pods (FOUP) from one tool to the subsequent tool in the sequence of the process steps within the q-time due to unexpected problems. An indicator on the overhead transport vehicle which helps the fab operator with spotting a lot in trouble is described. A backup power source on the overhead transport vehicle used in case of a main power failure is also described.
