  • Patent number: 8054437
Abstract: A plurality of panels (40) are cut from a large substrate (mother substrate) including a lower large substrate (41A) and an upper large substrate (42A). For each panel (40), a frame-shaped seal (47) and a connection electrode forming section (C) are formed in the large substrate. Since the left side (47c) of the frame of a panel (40) is close to the right side (47b) of the frame of the left-adjacent panel, these sides of the seals are formed from a sealing material containing a lower density of spacers. Since the upper side (47a) of the frame of a panel (40) is separated from the lower side (47d) of the frame of the upper adjacent panel (40) by an extension (C?) for the connection electrodes, these seal members are formed from a sealing material containing a higher density of spacers.

  • Patent number: 7900513
Abstract: A flexible substrate having flexibility and a fixed substrate disposed to oppose it are supported at their peripheral portions by a sensor casing. An oscillator is fixed on the lower surface, and five lower electrode layers are formed on the upper surface, of the flexible substrate. Five upper electrode layers are formed on the lower surface of the fixed substrate so as to oppose the lower electrodes. In detecting an angular velocity ?x about the X-axis, an a.c. voltage is applied across a predetermined pair of opposite electrode layers to allow the oscillator to undergo oscillation Uz in the Z-axis direction. By change of capacitance, it is possible to detect the magnitude of the Coriolis force Fy, and determine angular velocity ?x Similarly, it is possible to detect an angular velocity ?y about the Y-axis and an angular velocity ?z about the Z-axis.

  • Patent number: 7882740
Abstract: Static and dynamic acceleration as well as static and dynamic angular velocity are detected with a simple structure. An acceleration detecting section includes a weight body, a pedestal around the weight body, flexible plate-like bridge portions, and piezoresistive elements embedded in the upper surface of the bridge portions. An angular velocity detecting section includes a weight body, a pedestal around the weight body, flexible plate-like bridge portions, and piezoelectric elements fixed to the upper surface of the bridge portions. The pedestals are fixed to a device chassis. When the weight body is displaced by acceleration, the plate-like bridge portions are deflected, so that the acceleration is detected based on the change in the electrical resistances of the piezoresistive elements.

  • Publication number: 20100126522
Abstract: The present invention is a method for hair dyeing or bleaching by discharging in a foam from a squeeze container 6 a mixed solution of a first agent A1 and a second agent A2 of a two-part hair dye or bleach composition to apply on the hair. In the present invention, the squeeze container which includes a container body 4 and a squeeze foamer 5 is used as the squeeze container 6. At least one of the first agent A1 or the second agent A2 contains a foaming agent. The mixed solution of the first and second agents has a viscosity (25° C.) of from 1 mPa·s to 100 mPa·s. The first agent A1 and the second agent A2 are mixed in the container body 4 so as not to produce a foam. Squeezing is carried out with the squeeze container 6 stood upright so that the mixed solution A3 does not reach an air induct path 12 of the squeeze foamer 5. As a result, the mixed solution of the first and second agents of the two-part hair dye or bleach composition can be stably discharged in a fine foam using a squeeze container.
