    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method of manufacturing a lithium-ion secondary battery electrode. The method includes the steps of: supplying composite particles (1), each containing an active material (2) and a binder (4), onto a sheet collector (42); and rolling the composite particles (1) supplied onto the collector (42), thus forming an active material layer (44). The rolling step includes a first rolling sub-step involving first rolling, and a second rolling sub-step to be performed after the first rolling sub-step.     Abstract: An example of an information processing apparatus has a communication section configured to perform near field communication. The information processing apparatus uses the communication section to perform data communication with a communication target present near the communication section. After the data communication, the information processing apparatus causes the communication section to intermittently transmit radio waves for confirming presence of the communication target having performed the data communication. Based on this, if the communication target is present at a position where the communication target can communicate with the information processing apparatus, the radio waves are temporarily stopped. This makes it possible to reduce the power consumption when near field communication is performed.
