The approach involves constructing service request/response sequence (from the developer's side based on the limited data) from customer's reproducing steps and developer's running inspection result and perform UI-service mapping, redirecting service call to data simulator which replay the service request and response, and adjusting service response with multiple data sources and policies. Lastly, the approach can transform the issue to an automatic test script with the service response in a mockup function (e.g., can be used to extend test data and enhance test cases).

    Abstract: A method and system for detecting dirt on an electrode of an electromagnetic flowmeter are provided. The method includes: under three different conditions acquiring resistance values between the electrode and ground to form a first dataset, second datasets, and a sample set to be tested; extracting a positive definite feature matrix corresponding to each sample batch and calculating a Riemann center thereof; calculating a similarity index between the sample feature matrix and each of the first feature matrices and the second feature matrices; extracting l feature matrices with a largest similarity index, and calculating a local Riemann center thereof; and calculating proximity between the local Riemann center and each of the second Riemann centers, and determining that a Riemann center with the greatest proximity corresponds to dirt on the electrode corresponding to the sample set to be tested. The method can achieve a online rapid detection of dirt on the electrode.

The above steps are iteratively repeated until each layer is built. A single image of a completed file system build is stored, where the single image supports each platform.

    Abstract: Provided herein are high throughput methods for optimizing and manufacturing various lipid nanoparticle (LNP) compositions and uses thereof. For example, in some embodiments, the present disclosure provides a high-throughput screening method for manufacturing a LNP composition comprising, obtaining at least two intermixable solutions comprising a payload and a plurality of molecules capable of self-assembly and mixing said at least two solutions under a set of controlled conditions, by which injection sequence, speed, volume, phase ratio and mixing duration are varied. In various embodiments, the present disclosure enables optimal encapsulation efficiency, particle size distribution, purification and particle recovery rate, and formulation stability to be determined. The methods disclosed herein enable efficient optimization of manufacturing conditions for preparation of LNP-based therapeutics.
