  • Publication number: 20080034559
Abstract: A slide fastener slider, in which a pair of projecting portions are formed such that they project from shoulder mouth side end portions of a pair of flanges to a shoulder mouth side, the flanges being erected on both right and left sides of a lower plate. Each projecting portion is constituted of a stepped portion formed by extending from the shoulder mouth side end portion of each flange to the shoulder mouth side, and a downward slope formed from the stepped portion up to a top face of the lower plate. The pair of projecting portions allow an inclination of a leg portion of a fastener element to be returned to a substantially horizontal state, thereby preventing contact between a fastener tape and each flange to block breaking of threads in the fastener tape.

  • Publication number: 20070222601
Abstract: A wireless IC tag mounted on a low magnetic permeability material is mounted on a holding part which has first and second surfaces and is made of a high magnetic permeability material. The holding part has a penetrating part which penetrates the first and second surfaces, and a notch which penetrates a part of the first and second surfaces at a periphery. A discontinuous region is formed on the holding part due to the notch, and at least on the penetrating part, the wireless IC tag is tightly held together with the low magnetic permeability material. An axis of reverse direction magnetic flux generated by an eddy current that flows in the periphery of the penetrating part and the notch is shifted from an axis of the magnetic flux produced by electromagnetic waves directed toward the wireless IC tag on the first and second surfaces.

  • Patent number: 7219401
Abstract: A slider having an automatic stopper capable of accommodating a drooping piece of a leaf spring in a front face of a guide post of the slider and protecting it. In a body of the slider, upper and lower blades are connected via the guide post, and a groove portion which is open continuously in a vertical direction is provided at the front face of the guide post is provided. The drooping piece formed by bending an end of the leaf spring of an automatic stop mechanism disposed on a top face of the upper blade is engaged and accommodated within the groove portion and a projecting portion projecting forward is provided at a bottom end of the groove portion. The projecting portion is located below the drooping piece to protect a front end of the drooping piece and formed into a shape preventing a pointed object from being inserted between the drooping piece and the projecting portion, thereby protecting the slider from being destroyed intentionally.

  • Patent number: 7207092
Abstract: This invention relates to a slider for a slide fastener with an automatic stopper comprising front and rear mounting pillars of a slider body and a pawl body open to the rear mounting pillar and having a concave portion for accommodating a shaft portion of a pull wherein a gap portion allowing the shaft portion to pass through is formed in the concave portion by disposing the rear mounting pillar in a fitting guide groove in the slider body slidably in back and forth directions, and the shaft portion is prevented from slipping out of the concave portion through the gap portion when a pull holding body for covering the slider body is engaged with the front and rear mounting pillars, whereby simplifying a slider body's structure, an attachment structure of the pull and manufacturing procedure, and reducing a manufacturing cost while securing a stable/excellent automatic stopper function.

  • Patent number: 7111367
Abstract: This invention relates to a concealed-type slider. Side walls are erected on both sides of a bottom plate of a body and a top end of each side wall is bent to form a flange. A guide portion is provided by forming a down-grade slope inclined from a leading end of a shoulder opening side of the flange between the flange and the side wall. The leading end of the flange provided with this guide portion is disposed at right angle to or tilted more or less toward a rear mouth side with respect to a side face of a guide post. Consequently, when an insert pin is inserted, the guide portion guides a fastener tape smoothly and when sliding the slider in its closing direction, the sliding operation can be executed smoothly.

  • Patent number: 7089632
Abstract: A slider for slide fastener in which locking portions formed on a front surface of a first post portion and a rear surface of a second post portion and engaging pieces formed on inner surfaces of front and rear end portions of a substantially lateral C-shaped pull holding body are elastically engaged and fixed with each other, and at the same time, the pull holding body is fitted and fixed between support walls raised at right and left end edges of the first and second post portions, so that a holding force for the pull holding body in a back and forth direction, a right and left direction, an oblique direction, and an up and down direction against a strong force by operation of a pull is increased, thereby making a structure of the slider simple and economical and achieving miniaturization of the slider.

  • Patent number: 7059024
Abstract: Fastener elements are attached to a side edge of a fastener tape composed of a knitting structure. An interval between the elements and a wale in the vicinity of the elements is formed into a thin knitted fabric. A flange on a side of a rear mouth of a slider is disposed on the thin knitted fabric and the slider is slid based on this section. For this purpose, an outer side of a bottom end face of the flange is cut out to provide with a notch portion, so that this portion is formed with a small width. Consequently, the thin knitted fabric is slid and introduced securely, and making a pressure contact with a surface of the wale is prevented. Even if a fastener is mounted on trousers and its fabric is pulled in a lateral direction forcibly to open, the elements are prevented from biting into a tape guide groove and escaping.
