  • Patent number: 9423020
Abstract: In a shift lever device, a width dimension of left ribs and right ribs is set larger than a diameter dimension of a left support shaft portion and a right support shaft portion. In the event of an impact load being imparted to a shift lever in different directions to a control lever axial direction, the left rib and the right rib are broken in this impact load direction since the left rib and the right rib are formed so as to face the whole diameter of the left support shaft portion and the right support shaft portion. Impact load can accordingly be absorbed even in the event that an impact load is imparted to the shift lever in different directions to a control lever axial direction. Namely, impact load can be absorbed for impact load directions within a range of a specific angle. Dependency on the impact load direction is accordingly suppressed when absorbing an impact load imparted to the shift lever.

  • Patent number: 9420142
Abstract: An image reading apparatus includes an image scanning unit that is provided with a holding portion holding a flexible flat cable. The holding portion is protruded toward an upstream side in a sub scanning direction, and provided with a second wall part. The flexible flat cable that is extended from a connector is brought into contact with the second wall part. As for the flexible flat cable, a downward movement is regulated by a lower holding portion and an upward movement is regulated by an upper holding portion. Accordingly, the flexible flat cable does not rise.

  • Publication number: 20160230877
Abstract: In a shift device, a lever is pivoted to change a shift position of the lever. A printed wiring board detects a magnetic force generated by a magnet of the lever to detect the shift position of the lever. Note that the lever is biased by a compression coil spring to suppress separation between the magnet and the printed wiring board when the lever is pivoted. This accordingly enables excellent detection of the magnetic force of the magnet by printed wiring board, and enables the detection accuracy of the shift position of the lever to be improved.

  • Publication number: 20160230878
Abstract: In a shift lever device, a first facing cavity and a second facing cavity of a lever, and a first facing hole and a second facing hole of a printed wiring board, respectively face each other when the lever is disposed in an “H” position. Thus, in a state in which the lever is disposed in the “H” position when the shift lever device is being assembled, the first facing cavity and the second facing cavity respectively face the first facing hole and the second facing hole, thereby enabling the accuracy of relative assembly positions of a magnet of the lever and detection elements of the printed wiring board to be increased, and enabling the detection accuracy of a shift position of the lever to be improved.

  • Patent number: 9374486
Abstract: A driving device is used in an image reading apparatus, and reciprocates a scanning unit for reading an image on an original. The driving device comprises a pull member, a driving pulley which transmits driving force to the pull member, a following pulley which applies tension to the pull member and a pulley holder having a pulley axis which holds the following pulley rotatably. Then, the pulley axis has a lock pawl capable of locking an upper end portion of the following pulley and canceling engagement with the following pulley by being tilted toward a side of an axial center by elastic deformation. Furthermore, the lock pawl is arranged at a side of a tension acting direction from the pull member to the following pulley except the farthest position from the driving pulley among positions in a circumferential direction of the pulley axis. It is possible to attach and detach the following pulley easily at a time of maintenance or the like.

  • Publication number: 20160116057
Abstract: In a shift lever device, when a lever is rotate-operated to an “R” position or a “D” position, a cushion of the lever abuts a stopper inside the housing, and the rotating operation of the lever is stopped. Note that when the lever is rotate-operated to the “R” position or the “D” position under a heavy load, a low rigidity plate and a low rigidity tube of the cushion undergo elastic deformation, and the high rigidity column of the cushion is sandwiched between the lever and the stopper. The rotating operation of the lever is thereby restricted. The high rigidity column is thereby able to effectively restrict the rotating operation of the lever.

  • Publication number: 20160109017
Abstract: In a shift lever device, a detent rod is assembled to a lever main body, and when a detent pin of the detent rod engages with a detent body and rotation is stopped, a lever is restricted from rotating. When a button is press-operated, the detent rod is displaced, engagement of the detent pin with the detent body is released, and the lever is allowed to rotate. The detent rod is assembled to the outside of the lever main body. This enables to detent rod to be easily assembled to the lever main body.

  • Patent number: 9255636
Abstract: In a shift lever device (10), due to a tilt shaft (58) being nipped between peripheral surfaces of lower supporting holes (20) of a shift lever plate (12) and peripheral surfaces of upper supporting holes (38A) of a shift lever guide (26), a shift lever (52) is supported so as to be able to tilt around the tilt shaft (58). A shift position of the shift lever (52) is changed due to the shift lever (52) being tiltingly operated while being guided by a guide hole (30) of the shift lever guide (26) and passed within a passage hole (64) of a cover (62). Here, the strength of the shift lever guide (26) is made to be large as compared with that of the cover (62). Moreover, when load is inputted from the shift lever (52) to the shift lever guide (26), rotation of the shift lever guide (26) is stopped by the shift lever plate (12). Therefore, the shift lever (52) can be tiltably supported properly.
