  • Patent number: 7474056
Abstract: Disclosed are a lamp, a method of fabricating the same and an LCD having the same. Electrode is disposed on an outer surface of a lamp tube, and an adhesive member is interposed between the electrode and the lamp tube. The adhesive member is hardened and expanded by means of heating, and adheres the electrode to the lamp tube. Thus, voids generated during forming the electrode on the outer surface is removed, and images having a high quality are obtained.

  • Publication number: 20080251847
Abstract: A memory cell array in a semiconductor device includes a semiconductor substrate having active areas and isolation areas in parallel, a plurality of select lines having generally a U like shape and is configured to cross over the active areas and the isolation areas, and a plurality of word lines formed between the select lines. In view of the select line being formed in U like shape, an occurrence of a punch through phenomenon is prevented by a junction area formed between the select lines. As a result, a margin for reducing a width of the select line is increased.

  • Patent number: 7358558
Abstract: A floating gate of a flash memory device is formed in a moat formed in an isolation film. Therefore, an electric field applied between a control gate and a channel region upon cycling can be precluded or mitigated. A distance between the control gate and the channel region is set greater than a predetermined value. Therefore, an electric field applied between the control gate and the channel region upon cycling can be mitigated. As a result, a data retention characteristic and an endurance characteristic can be improved.

  • Publication number: 20060290282
Abstract: In a lamp and method for fabricating the same, an outer surface of the lamp tube is dipped into a conductive transparent solution for forming an electrode by a predetermined depth, and then the lamp tube is pulled out from the solution. Accordingly, an electrode having different profiles is formed on the outer surface of the tube body. Also, the outer surface of the lamp tube is dipped into the solution by an acute angle, and is pulled out from the solution. Therefore, a problem of a nonuniform brightness between lamps is not generated, and light utilization efficiency is much enhanced even when using a plurality of lamp in parallel connected to a power supply.
