Abstract: A case for a portable electronic device includes a base plate, a device securing mechanism operable to hold the electronic device adjacent to the base plate, and a stretchable strap connected to the base plate. The strap is biased toward a rest position, wherein the strap lies substantially flush with the base plate. The strap is configured to be stretchable between the rest position and a stretched position away from the back of the base plate to allow a user's hand or other item to be placed between the strap and the case.

Abstract: A caster including a plurality of rollers and a base including a plurality of openings through which the plurality of rollers protrude. The caster further includes a retainer disposed over the base and the plurality of rollers. The retainer is configured to maintain the position of the rollers protruding through the openings. The caster has at least one attachment surface that includes a double-sided adhesive. The attachment surface thereby adheres the caster to an object to be moved. The ratio of a width of the caster to a height of the castor is greater than 2:1.

Abstract: A system for verifying the presence of a three-dimensional object. The system has a plurality of two-dimensional cameras. Each camera is oriented to face a different direction. Cameras adjacent to each other are set to have overlapping field of a views. An image processor conducts image recognition on images received from the cameras. The three dimensions of the object are verified by comparing the image recognition in the overlapping field of views.

Abstract: A liquid container cooperates with a stand to present the container in a display position with the container sealed, and an open position with the container unsealed. The stand is configured to support the liquid container in first and second positions, with the container being closed in the first position and open in the second position. The stand and the liquid container may create a decorative presentation in each of the first and second positions. In the first position the container is sealed by a cap that is within a depression in the stand and may be unitary with the stand. In the second position, the container may be sealed or unsealed with the container opening upward the stand supporting and cradling the portion of the container that is opposite the opening, to maintain the opening upward to prevent spillage of liquid.

Abstract: An accessory for a wearable computer includes a strap having a cover that covers a plurality of batteries; a first connector that joins a first end of the strap to a first end of the wearable computer; a second connector that joins a second end of the strap to a second end of the wearable computer, the second connector having a housing, and an electrical coupling; and an electronic control unit disposed within the housing, the electronic control unit being electrically connected to the plurality of batteries and being electrically connected to the electrical coupling. The electrical coupling is configured to be electrically connected to the wearable computer, and the batteries supply power to the wearable computer via the electronic control unit and the electrical coupling.

Abstract: A cleaning device for cleaning a plumbing fixture with a solution comprises a vessel, bristles at the bottom of the vessel that extend into the vessel, and a retainer configured to retain the vessel in a working position. The retainer may be a drawstring with a stop to secure the drawstring. The retainer may retain the vessel in the working position by sufficiently narrowing the opening defined by the vessel. In use, the vessel surrounds the fixture and the bristles lie adjacent to the fixture. The vessel holds the cleaning solution to thereby at least partially submerge the fixture in the cleaning solution. The bristles may be used to scrub the fixture.

Abstract: Systems and methods for enrolling and authenticating a user in an authentication system via a user's camera of camera equipped mobile device include capturing and storing enrollment biometric information from at least one first image of the user taken via the camera of the mobile device, capturing authentication biometric information from at least one second image of the user, capturing, during imaging of the at least one second image, path parameters via at least one movement detecting sensor indicating an authentication movement of the mobile device, comparing the authentication biometric information to the stored enrollment biometric information, and comparing the authentication movement of the mobile device to an expected movement of the mobile device to determine whether the authentication movement sufficiently corresponds to the expected movement.

Abstract: A method and server are provided for sending a secure message from a first computing device to a second computing device. A first computing device sends an encrypted, secure message a message server. The message server processes the secure message to unencrypt and separate the secure message contents into two or more separately downloadable message parts. The server sends a complex link to the second computing device, or sends a complex link to the first computing device for sending to the second computing device. When the complex link is selected by a user of the second computing device the server transmits a first part of the message to the second computing device. After transmitting the first part, the server then separately transmits a second part of the message to the second computing device.

Abstract: A sandal having an adjustable strap includes a sole having a foot bed, a toe strap, and a lateral strap. The two strap has a first end that connects to the sole and a second end that includes an attachment surface. The lateral strap has a first and second ends that connected to the sole and an attachment surface disposed between the first and second ends of the lateral strap. The attachment surfaces of the lateral strap and the toe strap are configured to be releasably connected at a plurality of positions relative to each other.

Abstract: Embodiments of a system and related methods are disclosed for identifying performers in a performance. The system takes one or more photos capturing faces of multiple performers in a performance and generates one photo for each of the faces. The system identifies the faces in a specific order by matching the generated photos against a database of photos of known performers in that order. The system reduces the number of photos against which each generated photo is matched by identifying the performance based on various factors, including the experience of the performers, the contents of the performance, and the play time and location of the performance. The system presents multiple identification results for each face in a specific order based on the match quality, promotional consideration, user preference, or other factors. In addition, based on a history of performance viewing and performer selection, the system recommends related performances and performers.

Abstract: A handle for a cleaning tool such as a floor mop comprising at least two handle segments attached to each other by a flexible connector such that the handle has one configuration in which it is rigid and another configuration in which it is flexible. In one exemplary embodiment, a movable rigid sleeve extends over the entire flexible connector and a portion of each handle segment such that it prevents the flexible connector from bending. When the movable rigid sleeve is moved to a position where it does not extend over the flexible connector, the flexible connector can bend relative to the longitudinal axis of the handle, to allow easy access under cabinets or furniture.
