Abstract: An attachment for a handheld vacuum device comprising one or more tubes that connect a vacuum head to the handheld vacuum device and provide a conduit for material to move from the vacuum head to the handheld vacuum device, wherein the one or more tubes are formed from a flexible material, and a member attached to the one or more tubes such that the one or more tubes and the member can bend without significantly constricting the flow of material through the one or more tubes.

Abstract: A handle for a cleaning tool such as a floor mop comprising at least two handle segments attached to each other by a flexible connector such that the handle has one configuration in which it is rigid and another configuration in which it is flexible. In one exemplary embodiment, a movable rigid sleeve extends over the entire flexible connector and a portion of each handle segment such that it prevents the flexible connector from bending. When the movable rigid sleeve is moved to a position where it does not extend over the flexible connector, the flexible connector can bend relative to the longitudinal axis of the handle, to allow easy access under cabinets or furniture.

Abstract: An exercise device comprising a wrist band that can be secured to a user's wrist and a clearly marked indicator region on the inside portion of the wrist band, wherein the indicator region is approximately between 0.5 and 1.5 inches wide and is generally aligned with the point where the user's thumb and index finger meet. The wrist band may be part of a glove, and may be attached to the palm area of the glove and positioned such that it extends between the thumb and index finger of the user. The resistance band may secured to a point in the center of the user's back between the shoulder blades. A method of performing a resistance exercise wherein a user grasps one end of a resistance band in the palm of the user's hand such that the resistance band extends between the thumb and index finger of the user, across the user's arm below the shoulder, across the user's shoulder blade, and is secured to a point in the center of the user's back between the shoulder blades.

Abstract: A holding device comprising a holder designed to hold an object such as a beverage container, a tray extending laterally outward from the bottom of holder, and a stabilizing member extending downward from the holder and tray. In various exemplary embodiments, the beverage container is a mug with a handle, a soda can, or any other form of beverage container. In one embodiment the stabilizing member extends downward perpendicular to the plane of the bottom of the holder, and the surface of said stabilizing member may be textured. The stabilizing member may have removable extensions, and may extend downward from the middle of the holder or from one edge of the holder. The tray may be completely or partially removable.

Abstract: A chewing gum disposal system employable with a tabletop sweetener container conventionally employed to hold envelopes of sugar and sweeteners. A stack of wrappers or envelopes is dispensed from a housing having an interior cavity adapted to hold the stack. The housing is engageable to a sidewall of the existing sweetener container and has an aperture adapted to dispense the wrappers sequentially therethrough. The stack is insertable in the cavity by sliding it through an opening and the stack may also be formed as a cartridge using a cover thereby making the stack replaceable as a cartridge. Coupons may be engaged to dispense concurrently with each wrapper. The system may also be formed as an integral component to a sweetener container.
