    Abstract: A motion control system for controlling an image projected from an underwater projection system in a water feature includes a chassis, a mirror support coupled to the chassis, a mirror member on the mirror support, a first drive member, and a second drive member. The mirror member is configured to reflect the image projected from the underwater projection system in the water feature. The first drive member is coupled to the chassis and configured to rotate the mirror support relative to the chassis about a first axis to move the reflected image in the water feature. The second drive member is coupled to the chassis and a fixed mount and is configured to rotate the chassis and the mirror support about a second axis to move the reflected image in the water feature.

    Abstract: An artificially-lighted waterfall fixture apparatus includes a fixture housing having a lower housing part and an upper housing part overlying and fitted with the lower housing part so as to define a water-distributing channel and a passageway extending forwardly from and in communication with the water-distributing channel to receive a flow of water therefrom and produce an artificial waterfall flowing from an outlet of the passageway. The apparatus also includes an elongated baffle disposed in the fixture housing along a top portion of the water-distributing channel to receive and convert the flow of water to a laminar flow through the passageway, and an artificial light-focusing module supported centrally in the fixture housing proximate the water-distributing channel and aligned with the passageway so as to generate a beam of light through the passageway that produces a predetermined configuration of light in the laminar flow of water.

    Abstract: A method of adding pH balancing solution to a body of water includes the steps of coupling a pH balancing solution system to a circulation system in communication with the body of water. The pH balancing solution system includes a pH balancing solution dispenser having an upper dispenser body portion, a lower dispenser body portion, an interior support portion with a dispensing grid and a piercing mechanism thereon, and a dispenser lid. The lid of the dispenser is opened and the pH of the balancing solution is inserted inside the upper body portion. The pH balancing solution container is situated on the piercing mechanism and the pH balancing solution container is pierced on the piercing mechanism to open the pH balancing solution container. The open pH balancing solution container is allowed to drain over the dispensing grid. A metered dose of pH solution is dispensed to the body of water through the pH balancing solution system.

A sensing module has at least one sensor for detecting the height of a column of water or the pressure of a column of air in the water tap line. A controller is coupled to the sensing module and adapted to collect the data from the sensors that detect changes in the level of the water level of the pool, spa, fountain or water feature, communicate the detection of such a change, and report such a change to initiate addition or removal of water from the pool, spa, fountain or water feature body of water to adjust the water level in the body of water to a set point.

    Abstract: A pH balancing solution dispenser having an upper body portion and a lower dispenser body portion. An interior support portion is provided with a dispensing grid and an at least one piercing mechanism thereon. A dispenser lid and an at least one dispensing mechanism are provided wherein a container of pH balancing solution is placed within the upper body portion and situated in communication with the piercing mechanism. The container is pierced and opened and the pH balancing solution flows from the container through the dispensing grid and is stored for distribution by the at least one dispensing mechanism. A unit controller can be provided to meter a dose of pH solution when instructed by the pH balancing solution dispenser to balance the pH of the body of water based on the estimation made by the unit controller using the measured operational time.

One terminus of the niche tube in communication with the water feature and having a water inlet coupled to a water gap section. An at least one underwater pendant or accent light having a housing, a lens body, an electronics section, an at least one heat sink, and one or more LEDs is mounted within the niche tube. The underwater pendant or accent light being coupled in a watertight fashion to a power source through the watertight coupling and being contained within the niche tube such that the water gap section surrounds at least in part the housing and permits water from the water feature to circulate in contact the housing but not penetrate into the watertight electrical connection.
