The system includes a processor and a memory configured to store an interest-driven data visualization application. The application configures the processor to obtain reporting data including a plurality of datasets from an interest-driven business intelligence server system; generate visualization rendering data for the datasets based on associations between visualization metadata and the datasets; and generate visualization image data based on the visualization rendering data. The visualization image data is displayable using and includes visual representations of at least a portion of the reporting data. Pieces of the visualization image data correspond to master and slave visualizations.

The static condition may be defined by an unchanging boundary that triggers an alert if the occupant's center of gravity crosses the boundary. The dynamic condition may be defined by a changing boundary that triggers an alert if the occupant's center of gravity crosses it. The changing boundary may change based upon the occupant's height, weight, BMI, vital sign, or other characteristic. The changing boundary may also change based upon a position of one or more components of the person support apparatus, such as a siderail or Fowler section.

If marked for use, the controller responds in a first manner, and if marked for service, the controller responds in a different manner. In other embodiments, a method is provided for determining an order in which multiple patient support apparatuses should be service. In still other embodiments, the patient support apparatus automatically changes to an unusable configuration when in need of high priority service.

The clamp includes a thruster cylinder configured to be rotatably received through the clamp body and having threads that engage a screw so that when the thruster cylinder rotates, the screw is advanced or retracted to move the thruster plate into and out of engagement with the support. A knob is used to rotate the thruster cylinder. The clamp includes a friction washer or collet located between the thruster cylinder and the clamp body. The clamp is configured so that when the thruster plate engages the support, further axial movement of the screw is prevented and further rotation of the knob and thruster cylinder compresses the friction washer or collet.
