  • Patent number: 11007437
Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for sharing headset settings. A headset preset may be configured, for a headset configurable to process audio for a player participating in an online multiplayer game, with the headset preset including values for one or more configurable parameter settings relating to operation or functions of the headset. An identifier may be assigned to the headset preset, and the headset preset may be uploaded to a central headset preset depository that is accessible by a plurality of players. Access to the headset preset in the central headset preset depository, by one or more of the plurality of players, may be managed, such as via web-accessed service which may be configured to support web-based user interactions for uploading and/or downloading headset presets. • Patent number: 11008987
Abstract: A fuel pump for a fuel system includes a nozzle, a venturi, a pump inlet and a flow controller. The nozzle has an orifice through which fuel is ejected and the venturi is downstream of the nozzle and has an inlet through which fuel discharged from the orifice flows, a passage downstream of the venturi inlet through which fuel flows to create a drop in pressure in the area of the venturi, and an outlet through which fuel is discharged from the venturi. Fuel is drawn through the pump inlet by the drop in the pressure created in the area of the venturi and the flow controller is downstream of the outlet and has a chamber in which fuel from the venturi outlet is received. The flow controller causes fuel to fill the venturi to ensure performance of the fuel pump.

  • Patent number: 11010702
Abstract: A model management system receives data for an inventory of models including data regarding issues for each of the models. The model management system determines a model risk score for each of the models based on the issues for each of the models. As the issues are opened and closed, the model management system receives updates and in real-time, updates the model risk score. The model risk score can be determined using a severity assigned to each issue for each of the open issues for a given model as well as the number of issues at each severity. Risk scores can be calculated across a line of business and across an enterprise, for example. The model management system also provides one or more of: model development, model validation, model integration, model use, model maintenance, and model retirement.

Abstract: An ultrasonic clamp coagulator apparatus is disclosed including a housing including an actuator, an outer tube, an ultrasonic waveguide, an ultrasonically actuated blade, a clamp member pivotable with respect to the blade, and a force limiting mechanism including a first compression spring having a first spring constant, positioned between the actuator and the clamp arm, and a second compression spring having a second spring constant less than the first spring constant. The first compression spring transfers a force at a first rate as a function of a motion of the actuator to pivotably move the clamp member toward the blade. The second compression spring transfers a force as a function of the tissue thickness positioned between the clamp member and the blade. At least one of the first and second compression springs is pre-compressed to provide a preload less than the respective spring constant.

  • Patent number: 11010827
Abstract: An integrated transaction platform facilitates a transaction, such as a purchase of a vehicle or other item. The platform provides a pre-negotiated purchase price for the item to facilitate a transaction to purchase the item from a seller, the transaction being substantially frictionless from the buyer's perspective. The pre-negotiation can involve a reverse auction process in which sellers bid to sell the item to a buyer. After the buyer has identified a particular item for purchase, sellers that have the item available are notified to provide a bid indicating a price at which the seller is willing to sell the item. The lowest bid is selected, and a purchase agreement is finalized based on the lowest bid. After the agreement is finalized, the buyer can accept delivery of the item without further negotiation with the seller, and thus with substantially reduced friction compared to traditional purchase scenarios.
