  • Publication number: 20190077970
Abstract: Provided are processes and compositions for neutralizing a material of interest such as a biological, chemical, or other toxic agent on or from a surface. A method includes applying a neutralization composition to a surface having a material of interest deposited thereon where the composition includes a resin and an active decontaminant, encapsulating the material of interest with the neutralization composition, curing or otherwise solidifying the neutralization composition to form a polymeric coating on the surface, and optionally peeling the coating from the surface. The peeling may remove a portion or all of the material of interest from the surface. The presence of the active decontaminant optionally further neutralizes the material of interest independent of peeling. Also provided are neutralization compositions that may be used in the processes provided herein.

  • Publication number: 20190077580
Abstract: The actuator includes a shroud adapted to be situated on an aerosol container over the stem and an actuation member mounted on and moveable within the shroud to depress the stem by the application of an external force applied to the top surface of the actuation member. The actuation member includes a nozzle and a conduit for connecting the stem and the nozzle. A hood is normally positioned to block the actuation member from being moved to depress the stem. A locking member normally intersects the path of movement of the hood to lock the hood in its blocking position. The locking member has two sections both of which must be simultaneously moved to a position remote from the path of hood movement such that the hood may be moved from its blocking position, allowing the actuation member to be moved to depress the stem.

  • Publication number: 20190080347
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer readable storage media for improving predictive analytics for performance of digital design assets. In particular, one or more embodiments train a machine-learning model based on previously used digital design assets. One or more embodiments use the machine-learning model to analyze attributes of a user-generated digital design asset to generate an asset score that predicts the performance of the user-generated digital design asset for a target audience segment. One or more embodiments also use the machine-learning model to generate attribute scores for the attributes, and then generate the asset score based on the attribute scores. Additionally, one or more embodiments then provide the asset score to a user (e.g., a content creator) within an asset creation application to allow the user to improve the digital design asset for use in one or more digital content campaigns directed to the target audience segment.

  • Publication number: 20190079933
Abstract: Disclosed are systems, apparatus, methods, and computer readable media for performing actions in response to information updates provided in an information feed. In one implementation, an information update is selected for comparison with a data record creation rule. The data record creation rule may specify a data record creation operation for creating a data record based the selected information update. The selected information update may be capable of being displayed in an information feed. A determination may be made as to whether the selected information update includes information satisfying a trigger condition associated with the data record creation rule. When the information in the selected information update satisfies the trigger condition, the data record creation operation may be performed to create the data record. The data record creation operation may identify information to include in the data record.

  • Publication number: 20190076646
Abstract: Methods and systems of making a medical electrical lead type having a set of tines. A system for implantation of a lead medical electrical lead in contact with heart tissue, comprises an elongated lead body; a set of curved tines mounted to and extending from a distal end of the lead body, the tines having a length (dD) and an effective cross sectional area, and a delivery catheter. The delivery catheter encloses the lead body and has a distal capsule portion enclosing the tines. The tines exerting a spring force against the capsule and provide a stored potential energy. The delivery catheter has an elastic, not stiff and low column strength ejection means for advancing the lead and tines distally from the capsule and fixating the tines within the heart tissue, the controllable and the stored potential energy of the tines together provide a deployment energy. The tines when so fixated in the tissue provide a fixation energy. The deployment energy and the fixation energy of the tines are equivalent.
