Abstract: A well pump assembly includes a pump and a motor that contains a dielectric motor lubricant and a pressure equalizer containing a bellows. The bellows has an interior in fluid communication with the motor lubricant and an exterior immersed in well fluid. The bellows is axially extendable and contractible in response to a pressure differential between the well fluid and the motor lubricant. A tube has a lower end secured to a tube port in the pressure equalizer housing and an upper end secured to a lower end of the bellows. The tube has a center line that makes at least one curved flexible bend between the tube upper end and the tube lower end to enable the tube to flex as the bellows extends and contracts.

Abstract: A system for determining a user's path is described. The system comprises a location server arranged to receive location data of a communication device associated with the user, the location data defining the detected position of the communication device at a number of different points in time, the location server further arranged to receive sequence data associated with the location data indicative of the order in which the location data was determined; path determining means for determining the user's path passing through points defined by the received location data and the associated sequence data; and a comparator for comparing the determined path of the user with one or more predetermined user paths; wherein the location server processes the received location data depending upon the result of the comparison and corrects the determined user path with the processed location data.

The home management system also includes at least one zone. At least one sensor is disposed in the zone. The sensor is in wireless communication with the first network device to detect the presence of the first network device in the zone. Additionally, the sensor is in wireless communication with the second network device to control the second network device in response to instructions from the first network device.

Abstract: A fixture and method for installing turbine buckets is disclosed. The fixture is adapted for mounting a plurality of turbine buckets with dovetails to a rotor wheel of a turbomachine that is separated from an adjacent rotor wheel by a spacer wheel, the rotor wheel and the spacer wheel each having a plurality of circumferentially aligned dovetail slots, the fixture includes: a turbine bucket holder having a dovetail that is configured to engage with one of the dovetail slots of the spacer wheel. The profile of a bucket holder dovetail slot substantially aligns the dovetail of the turbine bucket with a dovetail slot of the rotor wheel for at least partial transfer of a turbine bucket thereto.

Abstract: Methods, apparatus, systems, and articles of manufacture to monitor media are disclosed. An example apparatus includes a network interface to obtain media monitoring information from a content publisher. The apparatus further includes a media identifier to determine a first media identifier based on the obtained media monitoring information corresponding to media presented at a media device, map the first media identifier to a second media identifier in a look-up table, the second media identifier based on an audience measurement entity (AME) media analyzer obtaining the media before the media device accessed the media, and credit the presentation of the media to the media device based on the mapping. The apparatus further includes a report generator to generate a media crediting report based on the crediting.

Abstract: Systems and methods of controlling operation of a connection device associated with a modular computing system are disclosed. For instance, data indicative of a connection between a first connection device and a second connection device can be obtained. The first connection device can be associated with a modular computing device, and the second connection device can be associated with a modular component to be implemented within the modular computing device. Each connection device can include a plurality of connector elements. Data indicative of one or more configuration parameters of the second connection device can be obtained. An operating configuration of the first connection device can be determined based at least in part on the data indicative of the one or more configuration parameters. Operation of the first connection device can be controlled based at least in part on the operating configuration.

Abstract: A container for collecting a biological specimen is provided that includes a peripheral wall extending from a base. The container further includes a longitudinal tower disposed within the container. The tower forms a partition within the container to form at least a first chamber and a second chamber therein, wherein the first and second chambers are in fluid communication with one another. In addition, the container include an insert disposed within the container opposite the base, the insert comprising at least a first opening and a second opening. The second opening provides access to the second chamber and is further configured to engage a specimen collecting device to leave a portion of the specimen collecting device within the second chamber. The first opening provides access to the first chamber and is further configured to receive a syringe therein for accessing the biological specimen. Associated systems and methods are also provided.

For instance, a desired functionality to be implemented by a modular computing entity can be identified. Capacity data associated with one or more candidate network devices that are available to join a network associated with the modular computing entity is received. A network combination to implement the desired functionality can be determined based at least in part on the received capacity data. The network combination can include at least a subset of the candidate network devices.

Abstract: A clamp arrangement for securing an accessory to an oscillating power tool can include a clamp assembly including a first clamp member that moves relative to the accessory between a closed position wherein the clamp assembly retains the accessory and an open position wherein the first clamp is offset from the accessory permitting removal of the first accessory from the clamp assembly. The clamp assembly can further comprise a second clamp member having a first portion that opposes the first clamp member and cooperates with the first clamp member to clamp the accessory between the first and second clamp members. An attachment plate can carry the clamp assembly. The attachment plate can have a first mating detail formed thereon that is configured to selectively and removably mate with a complementary second mating detail on the power tool in an assembled position.

The compass may be activated by a microcontroller in response to an indication of movement detected by an accelerometer. The compass's data may be utilized to determine an orientation for the object such as a door on which the sensor package is situated. The orientation data may indicate that the door is ajar and/or that a second magnetic field is present, suggesting tampering. A notice may be dispatched to a controller for the home security system, a client device, a remote system, etc.

Abstract: A bit vector for a Bloom filter is determined by performing one or more hash function operations on a set of ternary content addressable memory (TCAM) words. A TCAM array is partitioned into a first portion to store the bit vector for the Bloom filter and a second portion to store the set of TCAM words. The TCAM array can be searched using a search word by performing the one or more hash function operations on the search word to generate a hashed search word and determining whether bits at specified positions of the hashed search word match bits at corresponding positions of the bit vector stored in the first portion of the TCAM array before searching the second portion of the TCAM array with the search word.

In particular, the transactional payment system allows users of a messaging system to send and receive electronic payments to and from other users of the messaging system. A messaging application on a client device can receive payment information input (such as a payment amount and payment method) from a sender for making a payment to a recipient. The messaging application can send a payment message including the payment information to a messaging system, and the messaging system coordinates a payment process based on the payment information. During the payment process, the messaging system can provide status updates to the sender and receiver of the payment via status messages that are included in a message thread corresponding to the sender and the recipient.

Abstract: A user may want to view the revision history of a particular section or context of an electronic document. The user selects a context by selecting a section of the electronic document in a document editing application. Based on the selected context, the application filters and displays only information about revisions associated with the selected section of the electronic document. The application omits information about revisions made to other unselected sections of the electronic document from display.
