The liquid matrix comprises 3-aminoquinoline and p-coumaric acid, for example, in a molar ratio of 5:1 to 20:1. Ammonium phosphate may be used as an additive.

There can be provided A method for manufacturing an SOI wafer having high film thickness uniformity of an SOI layer with excellent productivity.

Accordingly, it is possible to utilize the flex lock-up to a maximum extent, and to reduce the diameter of the sprocket.
