Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatuses for tactile user input are described herein. A tactile user input system includes a tactile input device and a smart table. The smart table comprises a network interface and a processing circuit. The processing circuit comprises a processor and a memory. The processing circuit is structured to sense a placement of the tactile input device on the smart table. The processing circuit is further structured to determine a necessary user input and determine a location of the tactile input device on the smart table. The processing circuit is further structured to rearrange a user interface of the smart table. The processing circuit is further structured to communicate a necessary input configuration to the tactile input device and used by the tactile input device to generate a tactile user interface having an appropriate layout based on the necessary input configuration.

Abstract: Various embodiments provide for a smart table display system. The smart table display system includes a display surface having a touchscreen, a microphone configured to receive a conversation input, a communications device configured to communicate with a provider database and a user device, and a processing circuit. The processing circuit is configured to retrieve, by the communications device, provider data and third party data based on the conversation input. The processing circuit is also configured to generate a graphical user interface that includes a graphic that depicts a financial health of the user based on the conversation input, the provider data, and the third party data. The graphic is built in real-time while the conversation input is received. The processing circuit is also configured to provide the graphical user interface on the display surface.

Abstract: A method implemented on an augmented reality (AR) electronic device includes receiving a request to activate a transaction card account on a transaction card. The transaction card account is activated on the transaction card. A virtual representation of account information corresponding to the transaction card account is displayed on the AR electronic device. The exterior of the transaction card is free of account identifying information.

Abstract: A system including a smart table includes a table display screen and a processing circuit configured to control an image displayed on the table display screen, send a pairing request to a customer device, pair with the customer device, pair with a provider device, mirror the image displayed on the table display screen on a customer display screen of the customer device and on a provider display screen of the provider device, receive a first customer input from the customer device based on the customer interacting with the image mirrored on the customer display screen, modify the image displayed on the table display screen to display the first customer input in real-time with respect to the customer interacting with the image, and mirror the modified image showing the first customer input on the provider device.

The AI agent may be provided login credentials and instructed to log into and perform specified tasks using the online application as part of training. Once trained, the AI agent may be instructed to perform the same or other tasks using a modified version of the application. The AI agent mimics the responses and behaviors of actual users of the modified application. The AI agent can be trained to mimic users sharing a certain demographic characteristic, and its performance can be used to more effectively and efficiently enhance the software application for users at large and/or for users in the demographic.

In either example, the computing device may be a wearable device, or be paired to a wearable device to receive the vital signs.

One or more activating actions are received at the AR device. As a result of the one or more activating actions: the object is identified, an identity of the object is sent to a server computer, information is received from the server computer regarding a percentage of completion towards a goal relating to the object and a representation of the percentage of completion towards the goal relating to the object is visually displayed on the image of the object.

An item for which the assistance is requested is identified. A secondary electronic computing device is identified that is associated with the customer of the primary electronic computing device. A version of the item is sent to the secondary electronic computing device. Interaction with the item is allowed on the secondary electronic computing device.

Abstract: A method implemented on an augmented reality (AR) electronic device includes initiating a security access code software application on the AR electronic device. A user of the AR electronic device is identified. A first electronic computing device at or near a current location of the user is identified. The first electronic computing device is an input device for entry of a security code to permit access to a protected asset. A determination is made as to whether the user is authorized to access the protected asset. When a determination is made that the user is authorized to access the protected asset, a security access code is displayed on the AR electronic device. The security access code permits the user to access the protected asset via the first electronic computing device.

Abstract: In an example, a method for implementing gamification in user interface transactions of a customer financial transaction device such as an automatic teller machine (ATM) or kiosk may be provided to improve security and enable enhanced electronic display and user interface features. In one example, the electronic operations for implementing gamification may include associated actions in a user interface transaction screen with defined gamification functions, receiving and evaluating input in the user interface transaction screen, and enabling or performing certain transaction actions based on an expected gamification action. In further examples, the gamification may be implemented based on themes for the user interface that match entertainment themes, individual games, or customizations to graphical and text content established by the user.

Abstract: Provided is relative multifactor authentication for interactions between users and one or more entities. Relative multifactor authentication includes monitoring a set of attributes associated with a user during an interaction between the user and the entity. The set of attributes include at least two of a behavioral attribute, a health attribute, a geospatial attribute, and a device attribute. Relative multifactor authentication also include comparing respective parameters of attributes of the set of attributes with expected parameters and determining an authentication status based on the comparison and weighted values assigned to respective attributes of the set of attributes. The user is selectively authenticated to begin to continue the interaction based on the authentication status.

Abstract: Systems and methods for multifactor authentication are disclosed. One illustrative system described herein includes: a network interface; and a processor coupled to the network interface and configured to: begin a transaction to allow a user to access a secure resource; receive, via the network interface, user data from a mobile device, the user data comprising behavior data associated with the user; compare one or more parameters of the behavior data to expected parameters; and if the parameters are within a required range, allow access to the secure resource; or if the parameters are outside of the required range, restrict access to the secure resource.

A stored image of a second object is obtained. The second object is an authentication object that is assigned to the user. The user of the payment device is authenticated using the scanned image of the first object and the stored image of the second object. If the user is authenticated, a purchase of one or more goods or services is authorized using the payment device.

Abstract: A customer service document with an electrical data storage device is provided to deliver customer service information in a secured manner. The data storage device is attached to the customer service document and configured to contain information to be transferred to a customer's data reading device via short-range communication once the data reading device is authenticated. The transferred information can be used by the data reading device in various applications without identity theft concerns.
