  • Publication number: 20070022929
Abstract: A high-breathability lace-type elastic webbing consisting of a plurality of elastic webbing sections and connecting threads sewn between the elastic webbing sections. The elastic webbing sections can be of equal width or of mutually different widths. Stitch sections of the non-elastic connecting threads sewn between each pair of the elastic webbing sections are completely exposed on the surface of the elastic webbing sections, thereby adding an aesthetic appeal to the outward appearance of the elastic webbing similar to serrated edging of lace.

  • Publication number: 20060212993
Abstract: A manufacture of a cap decoration of multi-layer 3D effect refers to stacking up multi-layer materials, such as denim, twill, weave fabric, knit fabric, elastic fabric, leather, polyurethane (PU), transparent PU (TPU), paper, silicon, and plastic, via integrally adhering or sewing the layers together, such that the layer materials, which may have various colors but the same material, the same color but various materials, various colors and materials or the same color and material, can be combined to form a base board. Subsequently, by way of a cutting mold or computerized laser, the base board is cut to form cut pieces of specific shapes, thereby sewing single or pluralities of the cut pieces to the cap to accomplish a visual effect of multi-layer colors or materials that the side edges of the cut pieces would present. Combination of the present invention to the cap would make the cap enriched of feelings of novelty, vividness and uniqueness.

  • Publication number: 20050135713
Abstract: The claimed invention provides a bush and a bearing structure applied thereof. The bush slides along a guiding rod, and the bush is a circular body with an opening to cover the guiding rod over a semicircle. An included angle between the opening and the center of circle of the guiding rod is less than 180 degrees for installing the bush into the bearing structure of a sliding device. The bush is a guiding interface for guiding the sliding device sliding along the guiding rod, and the sliding device can slide along the guiding rod stably. The claim invention using a C-type bush assembled with the opening of the bearing structure not only makes the sliding device sliding stably, but also effectively reduces the capacity and the accumulative tolerance, and achieves effects of scaling miniaturization, accurate assembly and flexible design.

  • Publication number: 20050063024
Abstract: A flatbed scanner includes a housing, a glass plate fixed to the housing, a front rib formed at a bottom face of a front part of the housing and extending downward, a back rib formed at a bottom face of the back part of the housing and extending downward, and side ribs formed at two sides of the housing and extending toward the center of the housing. The inner distance from the back rib to the front rib is not smaller than the length of the glass plate. The side ribs are under the bottom faces of the front part and the back part so as to form a fastening gap. Because the distance between the side ribs is smaller than the width of the glass plate, when the glass plate is inserted into the fastening gap, the glass plate is held.

  • Patent number: 6860214
Abstract: A raised embroidery process includes placing a piece of filler on an embroidering background fabric; partially supplementary embroidering by threads of appropriate colors on the short sides and wherever necessary of the embroidering pattern, thereby sewing part of the filler and the corresponding embroidery background fabric together, i.e. affixing the filler on the background fabric; stitching by various appropriate colors along the pre-determined embroidery paths to cover and wrap the whole raised embroidering pattern, including the filler and the embroidering background fabric; removing the outer portion of the filler surrounding the embroidering portion from the embroidering portion, and passing the whole background fabric with the wrapped filler through an oven conveyor at a pre-set temperature to shrink the filler; tucking in the filler stub exposed out of inter-threads by a sharp stick to make the side edges of raised embroidering pattern more aesthetic.

  • Publication number: 20040264167
Abstract: A light source device capable of repressing light surges is fixed in a flatbed scanner to provide a light beam for scanning a document. The light source device includes a bent lamp with bent parts for generating the light beam and compensating for the brightness at two ends of the bent lamp; and a set of obscuring units fixed at the two bent parts to partially obscure the light of the lamp. Hence, the light source device can repress the light surge caused on two ends of the image sensor even if the bent parts at two ends of the lamp are very close to the sides of the scanning window. Therefore, the length of the light source device can be shortened and the width of the flatbed scanner using the light source device can also be narrowed.

  • Patent number: 6832838
Abstract: A projector includes a casing, a light source, an optical engine, inlet ports and outlet ports formed on the casing, and a fan mounted in the casing. The fan sucks air streams from the inlet ports into the casing and forces the air streams to flow out of the casing via the outlet ports. A buffer chamber is defined among the fan, the outlet ports, and the casing. The casing includes a first housing and a second housing. The first housing is retractable relative to the second housing so that a volume of the buffer chamber may be changed.

  • Publication number: 20040231577
Abstract: A brush-type embroidery process, including the steps of placing a first layer of raised filler and a second layer of raised filler, which are made of EVA or foam sheet materials of the like, on a base fabric with the layer of raised fillers covering an area larger than that of the integral pattern to be embroidered; embroidering by a computerized embroidering machine through the first and second layer of raised fillers to the base fabric to present a specifically designed pattern; cutting off the threads in the crevice in-between the first and second layer of raised fillers; and taking away the remaining second layer of raised filler such that the surface stub threads will form a brush-type embroidery due to the second layer's being removed by force and the surface stub threads' being concomitantly combed by the second layer of raised filler to give the appearance of erect brush bristles.

  • Publication number: 20040184562
Abstract: The invention uses a method to minimize cross talk by minimizing the amplitude mismatch and phase mismatch between quadrature signals. The two quadrature signals are an in-phase signal and a quadrature-phase signal. The method reduces a phase mismatch between signals by compensating the quadrature-phase signal with part of the in-phase signal so that the phase difference between the signals is 90 degrees. The method also involves adjusting amplitudes of the in-phase signal and the quadrature-phase signal to the same value so as to eliminate the amplitude mismatch in the pair of quadrature signals.
