A switching system including valves 90, 92, 94, 96, 98 alternatively provides first or second scrubber solvents to the absorber tower and returns the used solvent and sorbed material to the carbonylation system to accommodate different operating modes.

Additionally, a signal generator can be further employed to transmit modulated signals to the RSOA, whereby generating light wave with the modulated signals, so as to provide tunable wave-length and direct modulation at the same time.

    Abstract: A method for adjusting and testing an image sensor module is provided. The method of the present invention includes steps of: (1) calculating longitudinal and transverse deviation values of a center point of a lens relative to a standard reference position specified on a lens barrel, and an angle deviation value of the lens according to position signals of the lens on the image sensor module; (2) compensating the longitudinal and transverse deviation values of the center point of the lens, and the angle deviation value of the lens for exactly positioning the lens; and (3) adjusting focus of the image sensor module. The method of the present invention can compensate the mechanism errors produced in the mounting process of the image sensor module for conveniently and exactly adjusting the focus of the image sensor module. An apparatus for adjusting and testing an image sensor module is also provided.

    Abstract: A method of fabricating an image sensor device is provided. First, a substrate comprising a pixel array region and a pad region is provided. A patterned metal layer and a first planarization layer having an opening exposing the patterned metal layer in the pad region are sequentially formed on the substrate. A color filter array is formed on the first planarization layer in the pixel array region. A second planarization layer is formed to cover the color filter array and filled into the opening. A plurality of microlens is formed above the color filter array on the second planarization layer. A capping layer is conformally formed on the microlens and the second planarization layer. An etching step is performed to remove the capping layer and the second planarization layer in the opening so as to expose the patterned metal layer in the pad region.

The cam is mounted to the position adjusting member and forms a camming surface. The slidable members engage and follow the camming surface. The stop block is mounted to the support rack to stop the first connection block.
