  • Patent number: 12293305
Abstract: Systems and methods for training a machine learning model are disclosed. A system may be configured to obtain a plurality of training samples. The system includes a machine learning model to generate predictions and generate a confidence score for each generated prediction. In this manner, the system is configured to, for each training sample of the plurality of training samples, generate a prediction by a machine learning model based on the training sample and generating a confidence score associated with the prediction by the machine learning model. The system is also configured to train the machine learning model based on the plurality of predictions and associated confidence scores. For example, one or more training samples may be excluded from use in training the machine learning model based on the associated one or more confidence scores (such as the confidence score being less than a threshold).

  • Patent number: 12294359
Abstract: An integrated circuit (IC) includes one or more active transistors and multiple series-coupled dummy transistors. The dummy transistors are coupled between two active transistors and/or at the ends of each active transistor. When the dummy transistors are coupled between two active transistors, apart from two conductive regions that are coupled to two active transistors, each remaining conductive region of the dummy transistors is maintained in a floating state to control a leakage current between the two active transistors. Similarly, when the dummy transistors are coupled at an end of one active transistor, apart from one conductive region that is coupled to the active transistor, each remaining conductive region of the dummy transistors is maintained in the floating state to control a leakage current between the active transistor and the dummy transistors.

  • Patent number: 12293210
Abstract: A native cloud-based VM in a cloud computing environment of choice is live-mounted without requiring nesting techniques. All operating system data needed to live-mount the VM is accessed over ISCSI. The disclosed technology: supports both Windows and Unix-like (e.g., Linux) operating systems; handles any number of partitions of the root file system without repeated mounting, exporting, and unmounting; and uses only internet protocols (e.g., HTTP, (SCSI) to live-mount the VM. The live-mounted VM gains access to a variety of secondary copies, e.g., made with file-level techniques or with block-level techniques, made within or outside the public cloud computing environment, made from other VMs having the same or a different hypervisor than the public cloud computing environment, and/or made from non-virtualized sources. Access to snapshots as a data source for the live-mounted VM is also disclosed. Thus, a streamlined and source-agnostic technology is disclosed for live-mounting VMs in a public cloud.

  • Patent number: 12293420
Abstract: Novel tools and techniques are provided for detecting and correcting anomalous events in real-time in as users enter data into a general ledger. In various embodiments, a computing system may receive one or more user inputs. The computing system might analyze the one or more user inputs to determine whether there are one or more anomalous transactions associated with the one or more user inputs by obtaining historical information associated with the one or more user inputs and correlating, using one or more machine learning algorithms, the historical information and the one or more user inputs to detect one or more anomalies. Based on the correlation between the historical information and the one or more first user inputs, the computing system might detect at least one anomalous transaction and might generate one or more recommended actions to correct the at least one anomalous transaction.

  • Patent number: 12293204
Abstract: A diagnostics collection script is included in a container image. When an original instance of the container fails, a new instance of the container is started using the container image using a Docker compose YAML file having the diagnostics collection script as an entrypoint. The diagnostics collection script is configured to collect the logs of the original (now failed) container during the container start operation. In this manner, the container is able to be started in a safe mode and is isolated to only run the diagnostics collection script without disturbing the container's original settings. By recreating the exact environment of the failed container, and running diagnostics on the environment, it is possible to obtain the log files from the original container as well as to implement diagnostic operations on the environment of the original container, which can then be used to help diagnose why the original container failed.

  • Patent number: 12295082
Abstract: A system and methods are provided for an immersive group lighting interaction. A lighting infrastructure includes a plurality of independently controllable lighting devices. According to an embodiment, users may be granted access to control at least a portion of the lighting infrastructure. Rather than requiring the user to manually control the lighting infrastructure using, for example, the touch screen, a sensor associated with the user's mobile device may track the user. The sensor data may be classified and then mapped to a corresponding control instruction to control the lighting infrastructure. In another embodiment, a computing system receives sensor classifications from multiple users. If a threshold amount of a type of classification is received, the computing system controls a lighting infrastructure according to that type of classification.

  • Publication number: 20250139154
Abstract: A molecule representation is extracted from a document and associated with the document in a metadata database. For example, an image of a molecular structure may be extracted from a document and stored in the metadata database in a text-based representation such as SMILES. The metadata database may be searched to identify documents that mention a particular molecule. Continuing the example, the metadata database may be searched with a SMILES representation to identify the document and other documents that refer to the same molecule. The metadata database may index documents based on different types of molecule representations, including text-based, image-based, graph-based, name, abbreviation, etc. This allows search over multiple representations of a molecule, improving accuracy and thoroughness. These improvements reduce the time and computational resources needed to search for documents that refer to a particular molecule.

  • Publication number: 20250141737
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, methods, and computer-readable media for pre-provisioning server nodes of a server rack and causing the pre-provisioned server node to be deployed on an edge zone of a cloud computing system. In particular, systems described herein involve identifying server nodes based on a customer hardware deployment request and performing a series of pre-provision acts to the server nodes in accordance with the received hardware deployment request. For example, systems described herein pre-provision the hardware by configuring hardware and software on the server nodes, establishing communication with one or more control planes on a datacenter, and bringing the server nodes to a return to web (RTW) state. By pre-provisioning the hardware, the server hardware may be delivered and transitioned to a live state in an efficient manner and without jeopardizing security on the cloud.
