  • Patent number: 12292916
Abstract: Systems and methods for displaying media files on a device are provided. The device provides a first mode that displays a subset of media files, determined by a user query, from a plurality of media files. Once activated, the first mode persists on the device prior to becoming inactive. A second mode of the device displays the plurality of media files. The second mode is active when the first mode is inactive. An instruction is received from a user. When the instruction specifies the first mode by inclusion of a user query, a corresponding subset of files is obtained from a remote system. The subset of files is sequentially displayed until the period of time has elapsed according to the first mode. When the instruction does not specify a query, the plurality of files is polled for from a remote device and sequentially displayed according to the second mode.

  • Patent number: 12294540
Abstract: Disclosed are various techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a user equipment (UE) receives, from a network entity, a positioning reference signal (PRS) configuration indicating one or more PRS resources. The UE determines that one or more transmission properties of the one or more resources should be modified and transmits PRS modification information to the network entity based on the one or more transmission properties of one or more PRS resources to be modified. The network entity may be a location server or location management function. The PRS modification information may include a request to modify the PRS configuration and information indicating a start time, a stop time, a duration, or a combination thereof, associated with modifying the PRS configuration.

  • Patent number: 12292794
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for techniques for managing memory exception handling are described. A memory device may write first data associated with a first access command to a first portion of a buffer of a memory device. The memory device may determine a programming failure to write second data to a page of a first block of the memory device. In response to determining the programming failure, the memory device may perform an access operation associated with the first access command to vacate the first data from the first portion of the buffer. In response, the memory device may write the second data to the first portion of the buffer. The memory device may write the second data from the first portion of the buffer to a page of a second block of the memory device in response to writing the second data to the first portion of the buffer.

  • Patent number: 12292869
Abstract: A method for processing one or more electronic documents for enhanced search includes defining a bounding box around each key and value of key-value pairs in a first schema file, tagging coordinates of a key corresponding to a first bounding box and coordinates of a value corresponding to a second bounding box in the first schema file. Furthermore, obtaining a first inference file, detecting coordinates of a key corresponding to a third bounding box, and determining coordinates of a fourth bounding box and the value of the first inference file that are determined by applying a normalization operation. Thereafter, extracting value encompassed by the fourth bounding box of the first inference file and automatically creating a searchable index of the first inference file with searchable key-value pairs. The method achieves an efficient and accurate clustering of data items with an accurate, meaningful, and formal objective function.

  • Patent number: 12294512
Abstract: This technology enables directed broadcasts in network fabrics. A control plane node is configured to resolve directed broadcast addresses by mapping the directed broadcast address to a subnet address. A fabric border node receives a directed broadcast, extracts a destination address, and transmits a request to the control plane node to resolve the destination address. The control plane node retrieves the stored mapping and generates a map reply with a multicast destination. The fabric border node encapsulates and forwards the directed broadcast to fabric edge nodes, which decapsulate the directed broadcast and deliver a data set from the directed broadcast to appropriate end point devices. Each fabric edge node may be enabled to determine if the fabric edge node may be connected to a silent host and, based on that determination, request the fabric border node to be added to the multicast destination to receive the directed broadcast.

  • Patent number: 12293808
Abstract: A memory subsystem and method for performing calibrations therein is disclosed. A memory subsystem includes a memory controller coupled to a memory by a plurality of signal paths. The memory controller is configured to perform an initial calibration to determine respective eye patterns corresponding to the ones of the plurality of signal paths. For a subsequent calibration, updated eye patterns are determined for a subset of the plurality of signal paths. Remaining ones of the plurality of signal paths (not included in the subset), are not active during the subsequent calibrations. Updated eye patterns for the remaining ones of the plurality of signal paths are determined based on information obtained during the initial calibration and information from signal paths in the subset designated proxies for the remaining ones of the plurality of signal paths.

  • Patent number: 12294372
Abstract: A low power crystal oscillator circuit has a high power part and a low power part. Crystal oscillation is initialized using the high power part. An automatic amplitude control circuit includes a current subtractor that decreases current in the high power part as an amplitude of the crystal oscillation increases. A current limiting circuit may limit current in the low power part in order to further reduce power consumption by the low power crystal oscillator circuit. Additionally, an automatic amplitude detection circuit may turn off the high power part after the amplitude of the crystal oscillation reaches a predetermined level in order to further reduce power consumption of the low power crystal oscillator circuit, and may turn back on the high power part after the amplitude of the crystal oscillation reaches a second predetermined level in order to maintain the crystal oscillation.

  • Patent number: 12292877
Abstract: A system can be used to automatically update a target database. The system can receive input files from an initial database that includes data in a first format. The system can generate enriched files that include entity functions, user functions, and direct updates based on the input files. The system can generate requests based on the entity functions, the user functions, and the direct updates. The enriched files can have a second format that is different than the first format. The system can generate validated enriched files by validating the enriched files and the requests. The system can initiate an automatic update of a target database by transmitting the validated enriched files to the target database that is compatible with the second format.

  • Patent number: 12294521
Abstract: A network function execution intermediary obtains a result of execution of a set of network functions on a particular packet directed to a service from a client program running at a first host. Using the result, the packet is delivered to a request handler of the service, running at a second host; the path used for delivering the particular packet includes the network function execution intermediary. A networking manager of the first host obtains a rule for determining results of the set of network functions with respect to additional packets directed from the client program to the service. The networking manager causes, using the rule, another packet originating at the client program to be delivered to the request handler via a different path which does not include the network function execution intermediary.
