Abstract: The methods of the present disclosure enable formation of highly conductive contacts that facilitate in increasing the device speed and lowering the operating voltages of semiconductor devices such as, but not limited to, metal-on-semiconductor (MOS) transistors and the like. In one embodiment, the methods create the optimal contacts, useful in N type or P type MOS devices, by forming metal-insulator-semiconductor (MIS) contact structure or a non-stoichiometric layer contact structure. It is noted that N type or P type contacts require different work function metals to achieve a low Schottky barrier height (SBH).

  • Publication number: 20250126152
Abstract: Methods, systems, and non-transitory computer readable storage media are disclosed for managing computing systems to classify and modify digital content items to satisfy digital data requirements of data policies. For example, the content classification system validates, enforces, and remediates digital data content corresponding to digital data requirements of a data policy based on data types covered by the data policy. The disclosed systems generate classifications for digital content items by accessing digital content items and generating mappings between the digital content items and a data policy. The disclosed systems utilize the mappings and digital data requirements of the data policy to determine whether the digital content items violate one or more elements of the data policy. The disclosed systems can perform various downstream operations to remediate the data policy violations, such as by causing various computing devices to modify the violating digital content items.

  • Publication number: 20250125851
Abstract: The disclosure describes a method of evaluating performance of a two-sided model used for performing CSI compression. The method includes receiving, by a network, from a UE, a compressed channel Ht, a second eigenvector EVt+1 corresponding to a channel Ht+1, and a first similarity score determined between a first eigenvector EVt and the second eigenvector EVt+1. A channel Ht is reconstructed by processing the compressed channel Ht using a decoder part of the two-sided AI/ML model. Eigen decomposition of the channel Ht is performed to obtain an eigenvector (EV)t. A second similarity score is determined between the eigenvectors (EV)t and EVt+1. Alternatively, the first similarity score is determined between an estimated channel H and a codebook based precoder W, and a second similarity score is determined between a reconstructed channel H and the codebook based precoder W.

  • Publication number: 20250123648
Abstract: In an integrated circuit, a first always on (AON) domain generates an isolation signal to enter standby mode. A switchable power domain propagates the isolation signal. A voltage level detector outputs an indicator which indicates whether a voltage of the switchable power supply is above or below a voltage threshold. An isolation wrapper circuit includes a pass-through latch selectively enabled based on the output of the voltage level detector. The pass-through latch receives the propagated isolation signal and provides a value of the propagated isolation signal at its output while enabled, but maintains a latched value at its output, regardless of changes in value of the propagated isolation signal, while disabled. The wrapper circuit also includes an isolation circuit which receives signals from circuitry within the switchable power domain and selectively isolates the received signals from a second AON power domain based on the output of the pass-through latch.
