    Abstract: A method and system of extracting borderless structure using image processing is disclosed. The method may include converting a received document into a binary image comprising a plurality of text characters. A first image is created comprising a plurality of text blobs by connecting text characters and merging the plurality of text blobs to create one or more text line blobs to generate a second image. Further the first image and the second image are compared to generate a third image comprising a plurality of gap blobs. The gap blobs are clustered into one or more groups to determine a localized region of interest (ROI). Further lines are identified within the ROI using pixel density and separated into rows and columns. The final output contains list of cell coordinates.

When the identifier of the function is received, embodiments rotate the secret using the function and when the identifier of the target system is received, embodiments rotate the secret using the management API. A prefix can be determined for a subnet of branch routers located at a same branch location. An affinity position of a first gateway router can be determined based on affinity information of the branch routers in the subnet. A mapping can be determined between a local preference Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) community attribute and the affinity position of the first gateway router, wherein a mapped local preference BGP community attribute and the affinity position are indicative of a same routing preference. The mapped local preference BGP community attribute can be attached to routes from the first gateway router into a cloud service provider. Affinity-based route preferences are indicated to the cloud service provider by redistributing the routes from the first gateway router with the mapped local preference BGP community attribute attached.

The faceplate includes a body, a plurality of holes in the body, and a plurality of poppet assemblies. The poppet assemblies include a poppet configured to travel in a first portion of the hole and create a variable passage in a second portion of the hole. The poppet assemblies further include a first spring connected to the poppet and operable to move the poppet in a first direction when connected to an electrical power, and a second spring connected to the poppet and operable to move the poppet in a second direction that is opposite the first direction when the electrical power is reduced or terminated.

    Abstract: A method of forming a diamond coated glass structure includes providing a glass substrate having a first and a second side. The second side can be covered in whole or in part with a coating capable of reducing ion exchange. The substrate can be bent to form the first side as convex and the second side as concave. A CVD diamond layer can be deposited on the convex first side of the substrate and at least a portion of the substrate chemically modified through ion exchange. After removal of the stress, the stresses due to applied diamond layers and chemical modification through ion exchange can balance, providing a substantially flat diamond coated glass structure.

The horizontal anode may engage the upper surface of the mixture or solution in the compartment. A removal mechanism for facilitating removal of the end-products of the mixture or solution from the compartment (and the surface of the horizontal cathode) through the gate may also be employed. These implementations may be used in recycling of lead acid batteries (LABs) without any need for smelting, and also may be applied to a variety of different electrolytical operations.
