Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure herein address unresolved problems of quality of signals in real time for wearables to provide optimal signals which can be used for brain signal based applications. Further, conventional techniques fail to provide real-time calibration of wearable devices, to understand the quality of the signals from the wearable device. Embodiments herein provide a method and system for a real-time calibration of one or more Electroencephalography (EEG) signals received from a wearable Ear-EEG device. The system is leveraging quality of signals in real time for wearables to provide optimal signals which can be used for early detection of neurodegenerative disease and brain-computer interface (BCI) applications. Further, the system is able to detect electrodes in the wearable device where the EEG signals have not been collected because the contact was not established.

  • Publication number: 20250102744
Abstract: Technologies for fiber array unit (FAU) lid designs are disclosed. In one embodiment, channels in the lid allow for suction to be applied to fibers that the lid covers, pulling the fibers into place in a V-groove. The suction can hold the fibers in place as the fiber array unit is mated with a photonic integrated circuit (PIC) die. Additionally or alternatively, channels can be on pitch, allowing for pulling the FAU towards a PIC die as well as sensing the position and alignment of the FAU to the PIC die. In another embodiment, a warpage amount of a PIC die is characterized, and a FAU lid with a similar warpage is fabricated, allowing for the FAU to position fibers correctly relative to waveguides in the PIC die. In another embodiment, a FAU has an extended lid, which can provide fiber protection as well as position and parallelism tolerance control.

  • Publication number: 20250106261
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer programs are presented for stitching a meta session with an underlying trail fragmented across multiple distributed sessions. One method includes receiving telemetry signals from entities in a session environment that includes at least one identity of a user engaged with applications via respective meta sessions. An underlying trail for each meta session is determined, where the underlying trail is fragmented across two or more sessions with two or more entities. For a first meta session with a first application for the identity of the user, several operations are performed, including correlating a signal hierarchy based on the telemetry signals; constructing, based on the correlated signal hierarchy, a session hierarchy underlying the first meta session distributed across the one or more entities; determining a posture of the first meta session based on the constructed session hierarchy; and enforcing a security policy based on the determined posture.

  • Publication number: 20250103449
Abstract: Automatic transaction processing failover and reconciliation in a cloud-based environment includes monitoring the processing of transaction messages to identify exception events and determining whether to initiate a failover switch based upon the identified exception events. When a failover switch is initiated, the system identifies a target cloud-based system instance for the failover switch, changes a state of the affected cloud-based system instance to prevent the affected instance from receiving transaction messages, changes a state of the target instance to receive transaction messages intended for the affected instance, and performs a replication check between databases. The system reconciles transaction messages stored in the database of the cloud-based system instance to identify anomalies.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an approach of receiving a return signal from a target based on an optical beam from an optical source. The approach samples the return signal, which includes a first frequency waveform, and converts the return signal to a frequency domain. The approach selects a matched filter that includes a second frequency waveform to match the first frequency waveform, and updates the matched filter by updating a set of coefficients of the second frequency waveform. The approach then filters the return signal by the updated matched filter to generate a filtered return signal to extract range and velocity information of the target.

Abstract: A current software tool is identified. The current software tool is used to manage and/or create a current corresponding software. For example, the current software tool may be a compiler and the current corresponding software may be a binary executable. A current mapping is generated between code provided to the current software tool and the current corresponding software using a first Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithm. A comparison between the current mapping and a learned mapping is made to determine if the current software tool is manipulating the current corresponding software in an abnormal way. The learned mapping is based on historical code input into historical software tools and corresponding historical code output from the historical software tools. In response to determining that the current software tool is manipulating the current corresponding software in an abnormal way, the current software tool is identified as being compromised or likely compromised.

  • Publication number: 20250101476
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for synthesizing nicotinic acid from 3-picoline using transformed recombinant host cells with synthetically designed gene constructs as whole cell biocatalysts. Adaptive engineering of aromatic ring metabolizing genes isolated from microorganisms enables efficient metabolism of 3-picoline. Mutants with enhanced activity profiles are developed through gene-level modifications, ensuring superior catalytic efficiency and stability. Synthetic biology techniques generate tailored coding sequences for optimum expression. Synthetic constructs embedded with engineered genes, ribosomal binding sites, and spacers are co-expressed within one cellular unit. A one-pot reaction system utilizes versatile plasmid vectors like pET28a(+) for efficient co-expression, advancing the host microorganism matrix. The invention integrates immobilized whole-cell catalysts, addressing catalyst reusability, stability, and industrial scalability.

Abstract: Realistic data is an important aspect for training vision based systems. Conventional approaches need complex prerequisites to generate such data and are quite expensive as well. The present disclosure provides one stop solution for different artificial intelligence rendering, scenario generation and future video prediction. The present disclosure provides a provision for fusion of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), deep learning and image processing techniques and explores the possibilities of generating data from simulated, real, or fused environments. Further, the present disclosure utilizes a panoptic Segmentation approach to create semantic labels and a flow map-based methodology taking cues from a sequence of frames helps to address long time temporal coherence which is a key issue in generated data. This goes as an input to the Generative AI network which generates synthetic dataset based on the aspects of dynamic objects, scene changing and environment variations.
