  • Publication number: 20250048075
Abstract: An access and mobility management function (AMF) configured to obtain subscriber profile information without sending a get message and a subscribe message to a unified data management node (UDM) is described herein. The AMF is a new AMF that receives a registration request as part of a handover from an old AMF and receives user equipment (UE) context information from the old AMF. Without sending a get message to the UDM, the AMF obtains subscriber profile information by either fetching the subscriber profile information from an unstructured data storage function (UDSF) shared by a pool of AMFs, when the UDSF is available, or receiving the subscriber profile information from old AMF, when the UDSF is not available. Also, without sending a subscribe message to the UDM, the AMF receives notification of changes to the subscriber profile information from the UDM.

  • Publication number: 20250044992
Abstract: Systems and methods for supporting dynamic disk growth within a storage appliance are provided. According to one embodiment, a portion of a logical size of each of multiple disks (e.g., hyperscale disks or Logical Unit Numbers (LUNs)) are provisioned for use by a storage system as backing for respective file system disks. To accommodate growth, block numbers for the file system disks are pre-allocated within a sparse space of a contiguous sequence of block numbers corresponding to a number of blocks represented by the logical size. Metadata is maintained for the file system disks regarding a range of the pre-allocated block numbers that are available for use. Responsive to a triggering condition, the provisioned portion of a disk is increased and subsequently, responsive to detecting a change in a size of the disk by the storage system, a size of the corresponding file system disk is updated within the metadata.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the process for enhancement of thermal conductivity property of aluminium up to 50 to 90% or more by doping graphene or reduced graphene of two to five layers into aluminium by melting and casting process under inert or vacuum or atmospheric condition using salt and flux. Graphene with purity of 70 to 90% was incorporated into aluminium of any form for 30 to 120 minutes under inert atmosphere or vacuum at 700-900 deg C. Graphene of 0.1 to 5% weight of the total weight of aluminium has been used in the process. Under optimum conditions enhancement of thermal conductivity up to 80 to 90% has been observed using this process.
