  • Publication number: 20250120112
Abstract: A semiconductor structure and fabrication method is provided for gate all around (GAA) nanosheet devices. The semiconductor structure comprises a substrate, a gate stack on the substrate with a plurality of gate regions and silicon-based channel regions alternatingly arranged one on the other. A length of the gate regions is smaller than a length of the channel regions. Thus, pockets are formed on a side of the gate stack, each pocket being arranged next to one gate region and between the two channel regions adjacent to the gate region. Further, a silicon-based first contact region extends in a distance to the side of the gate stack, and a silicon-based filler material is arranged between the first contact region and the first side of the gate stack and in each first pocket.

  • Publication number: 20250116770
Abstract: In Microwave radar imaging, obtaining high resolution microwave image from materials remains a challenge due to comparatively longer wavelength. Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a system for microwave imaging by Multiple-Input and Multiple-Output along with Synthetic Aperture Radar. A back-scattered signal is received from object at a target as an input. The back-scattered signal is rearranged to generate sub-array elements. A Fourier transform of the sub-array elements is computed by deploying two dimensional Fast Fourier transform to obtain two dimensional Fast Fourier transform of the sub-array elements. The 2D FFT of the sub-array elements is vectorized to obtain vectorized stacked sub-array matrix. The stacked sub band of the 2D FFT of the entire aperture array is reordered to obtain a two dimensional Fast Fourier transform of the entire aperture array. Three-dimensional reflectivity function of the target is estimated from the 2D FFT of the entire aperture array.

  • Publication number: 20250117785
Abstract: A system for implementing traceability to a data item comprises a user device and a gateway server. The user device appends headers to a data packet that includes the data item. The headers comprise parameters including origin information associated with the user device and a user. The gateway server receives the data packet and compares each parameter with a counterpart parameter from a list of expected parameters. The gateway server determines whether more than a threshold number of the parameters corresponds to counterpart parameters from among the list of expected parameters. In response to determining that more than the threshold number of the parameters correspond to counterpart parameters from among the list of expected parameters, the gateway server appends a second header to the data packet, where the second header indicates that the data packet is verified. The gateway server communicates a request message that includes the data packet.
