  • Publication number: 20240232804
Abstract: Systems and methods for providing ticket support using a machine learning model trained using clusters of support tickets that are clustered based on similarity of resolution commands are provided. The system extracts commands used to resolve prior tickets and creates clusters of resolved tickets based on similarity of the commands. For each cluster, problem statements are extracted from the resolved tickets. The system trains a machine learning model with the extracted problem statements to identify a cluster number for each cluster. With a new support ticket, the system extracts a problem statement from the new ticket and identifies a predicted cluster number by applying the trained machine learning mode! to the problem statement from the new ticket. Based on the predicted cluster number, one or more commands used to resolve the prior tickets in the cluster corresponding to the predicted cluster number are accessed and provided to a requesting user.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides various approaches for smart area monitoring suitable for parking garages or other areas. These approaches may include ROI-based occupancy detection to determine whether particular parking spots are occupied by leveraging image data from image sensors, such as cameras. These approaches may also include multi-sensor object tracking using multiple sensors that are distributed across an area that leverage both image data and spatial information regarding the area, to provide precise object tracking across the sensors. Further approaches relate to various architectures and configurations for smart area monitoring systems, as well as visualization and processing techniques. For example, as opposed to presenting video of an area captured by cameras, 3D renderings may be generated and played from metadata extracted from sensors around the area.

  • Publication number: 20240233318
Abstract: An image generation system implements a multi-branch GAN to generate images that each express visually similar content in a different modality. A generator portion of the multi-branch GAN includes multiple branches that are each tasked with generating one of the different modalities. A discriminator portion of the multi-branch GAN includes multiple fidelity discriminators, one for each of the generator branches, and a consistency discriminator, which constrains the outputs generated by the different generator branches to appear visually similar to one another. During training, outputs from each of the fidelity discriminators and the consistency discriminator are used to compute a non-saturating GAN loss. The non-saturating GAN loss is used to refine parameters of the multi-branch GAN during training until model convergence. The trained multi-branch GAN generates multiple images from a single input, where each of the multiple images depicts visually similar content expressed in a different modality.
