    Abstract: A key structure includes a keycap, a connection assembly, engaging members, and a base plate. The connection assembly disposed between the base plate and the keycap is movably connected to the keycap and the engaging members, so that the keycap and the connection assembly engaged with the engaging members are positioned on the base plate. The base plate includes engaging protrusions protruding from an upper surface, so that the engaging members are bonded to the base plate through the engaging protrusions. Each engaging protrusion is located between two openings of the base plate, connects the two openings, or is disposed corresponding to the openings. Each engaging member covers one or more engaging protrusions through injection molding, and is fixed to the base plate. The engaging members are respectively disposed on the openings, fill the openings, or completely cover the engaging protrusions.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses multifunctional blending equipment, including a clear water supply system, a spray system, a mixing system, a powder material storage and transport system, a mixing tank, a discharge system, and an electrical control system.     Abstract: The invention discloses a method for experimentally determining the conductivity of unpropped fracture in hydraulic fracturing of shale reservoir, comprising the following steps: select an outcrop sample with natural fractures in a shale reservoir section, and cut the outcrop sample with natural fractures along the extension direction of the natural fracture into no less than 8 square rock slabs; use a laser scanner to obtain the rough topography data of the fracture surface of each square rock slab and calculate the area tortuosity; pick out the rock samples; model the rough surface of the selected rock samples; import the treated surface model into the engraving machine, and select the downhole core or outcrop rocks in the same horizon for repeated production; calculate the shear slippage at different positions of unpropped fracture according to the data of shale reservoir; finally test the conductivity of the shale rock samples after shear slip.

    Abstract: A method of fabricating semiconductor devices includes forming a plurality of first and second nanosheets in p-type and n-type device regions, respectively. A p-type work function (PWF) layer is deposited to surround each of the first and second nanosheets. A first mask is formed on the PWF layer and not over the boundary between the p-type and n-type device regions, and then the PWF layer is etched in a first etching process to keep portions of the PWF layer between the second nanosheets. A second mask is formed on the PWF layer, and then the portions of the PWF layer between the second nanosheets are removed in a second etching process. An n-type work function layer is deposited in the n-type and the p-type device regions to surround each of the second nanosheets and on the PWF layer.
