    Abstract: The invention provides a flexible base material and a flexible electronic device. The flexible base material includes a flexible substrate having a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. A first organic composite barrier layer is deposited on the first surface of the flexible substrate, wherein the first organic composite barrier layer applies a first stress to the flexible substrate. An anti-curved layer is deposited on the second surface of the flexible substrate, wherein the anti-curved layer applies a second stress to the flexible substrate, and wherein the second stress applied by the anti-curved layer cancels off more than 90% of the first stress.

    Abstract: A driver circuit has a pad that may be utilized for programming a core circuit or receiving a data signal. A trace high circuit receives a pad voltage signal from the pad, and outputs a trace high voltage approximating a higher voltage of the pad voltage signal and the power supply voltage. A level shifter and a first inverter output a pull high control signal generated by inverting and level shifting a programming control signal. An ESD blocking circuit selectively blocks the pad voltage signal from reaching the core circuit depending on the pad voltage signal and the level-shifted programming control signal. A pull high circuit receives the pull high control signal and the power supply voltage, and outputs the power supply voltage to the core circuit when the pull high control signal is lower than the power supply voltage.

Whether the time difference is less than a threshold value is determined. A regression-based prediction according to the resource loading records is performed when the time difference is less than the threshold value. A clustering-based prediction according to the resource loading records is performed when the time difference is not less than the threshold value.

    Abstract: Upon detection of a suspicious file, a client computer sends feedback data to an anti-malware service over the Internet. Files that are not suspicious or that are known clean are not reported; files that are known malware are acted upon immediately without needing to report them to the anti-malware service. Upon detection, no alert or warning is provided to the user of the client computer. The anti-malware service correlates data from other detection engines on the client computer or from other client computers and determines whether the file is malware or not. A new virus pattern is generated if the file is malware and includes the virus signature of the file; the new virus pattern is distributed back to the client computers. If not malware, no action need be taken, or, the virus signature of the file is removed from existing pattern files.
