    Abstract: A core network delivers two sets of quality of service (QoS) parameters to an access network device. The access network device selects one of the two sets of QoS parameters, and indicates the selected set of QoS parameters to the core network. An air interface rate required by the set of QoS parameters can be supported by a radio access network (RAN). In this way, a QoS parameter applied to a related user equipment (UE), a related bearer, a related packet data unit (PDU) session, or a related QoS flow can be effectively determined, and a hardware capability of an LTE base station does not need to be upgraded. In addition, the core network may set, based on a QoS parameter selected by a RAN side, a corresponding QoS management policy such as a rate adjustment policy, to facilitate data transmission between UE and the core network.

The method is performed through hierarchical architecture of the CNN and includes extracting groups of augmented feature maps from an input image through a backbone and two other groups of feature maps, identifying positive and negative samples with an IOU-based sampling scheme to be proposals for foreground and background through a proposal-sampling classifier, mapping the proposals to regions on the groups of augmented feature maps through the region proposal module, pooling the regions to fixed scale feature maps based on ROI aligning, fusing the fixed scale feature maps, and flattening the fused feature maps to generate an ROI feature vector through an ROI aligner for object classification and box regression. Because extracted features in the groups of augmented feature maps range from spatially-rich features to semantically-rich features, enhanced performance in object classification and box regression can be secured.

The second token is independent from the access session. In response to receiving a request including the second token from the client, the at least one long-term protected resource is provided by one or more processing units to the client. Each outer fiber core area includes a fiber core and an inner cladding surrounding a core layer. A portion outside the fiber core areas is the main outer cladding. The fiber can greatly enhance spectral efficiency of an optical transmission system, and improve fiber communication capacity. The arrangement of the polarization-maintaining fiber core area provides a waveguide structure with a function of maintaining polarized light, which can be used for transmission of local light.

    Abstract: A method of judging lack-of-freon in an air conditioner and an air conditioner control method. The control method includes: acquiring outflow air temperatures at the first air outlet and the second air outlet, and calculating a temperature difference; comparing the temperature difference with a preset temperature difference threshold; and adjusting an opening degree of the expansion valve accordingly. In the method, the opening degree of the expansion valve can be automatically adjusted according to a result of temperature comparison to compensate for the flow rate of freon, so as to improve the cooling or heating efficiency of the air conditioning system and realize the adaptive adjustment of the air conditioner, thereby ensuring the cooling or heating efficiency of the system even if the system lacks freon to a slight extent and effectively reducing energy consumption. The judging method has a higher accuracy of judging result, and is easier to implement.
