The method includes treating a native oxide layer formed on a contact junction, wherein treating the native oxide layer forms a silica salt layer on the contact junction disposed within a contact feature that includes one or more surfaces that comprise silicon nitride. Then exposing the silica salt layer and the one or more surfaces to a plasma comprising oxygen, wherein the plasma forms a silicon oxynitride material on the one or more surfaces. Then removing the second silica salt layer, selectively forming a metal silicide layer on the contact junction, and then filling the contact feature with a metal, wherein filling the feature comprises selectively depositing a metal layer over the selectively formed metal silicide layer.

The rotor includes a plurality of rotor units. The motor structure includes: the rotor, a first flow guide plate having a central hole and arranged between two adjacent rotor units, and a central shaft passing through a center of the rotor and the central hole. The present disclosure can effectively reduce the cost of the magnets, and can achieve a direct cooling of the magnets, the rotor and the stator, reduce the eddy current effect, reduce costs, and greatly expand an optimization and use range of the motors when applied in the motors.

A first precursor gas is delivered to a surface disposed within a processing region of a process chamber maintained at a first process pressure, where the substrate is maintained at a first temperature for a first period of time. A purge gas is delivered to for a second period of time after the first period of time has elapsed. A second precursor gas is delivered to the surface of the substrate. The second precursor being maintained at a second process pressure while the substrate is maintained at a second temperature for a third period of time. The purge gas is delivered to the processing region for a fourth period of time after the third period of time has elapsed.

The method includes: starting acquisition of a video signal in response to an acquisition start instruction, and recording movement information corresponding to each frame during the acquisition of the video signal; determining a frequency for key frame extraction according to the movement information corresponding to each frame; determining a key frame from the acquired video signal according to the frequency for key frame extraction; and in response to an acquisition end instruction, generating a video digest according to the key frame.

The framework includes a container cloud manager for performing distributed management of resources in a data center. The container cloud manager includes an orchestrator with a flexible job scheduler and operator pool. The flexible job scheduler and container cloud master form a flexible job management platform for managing jobs of the data center. The flexible job management framework can isolate various types of jobs as well as mix various jobs for efficient usage of hosts or resources in the data center. The operator pool includes optional components of a database. The orchestrator facilitates quick customization and release of database products, such as a HANA database with optional services, as requested by a user in the container cloud platform.

These components and the ring cutting component arrangement allow the device to automatically advance the cutting blade when cutting cable insulation, which not only reduces the cutting pressure of the device but also prevents damage to the interior of the cable.

Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, and methods for remotely adjusting performance and power parameters of a computing device are disclosed. A computing system includes a first computing device connected to a second (remote) computing device. The user uses the second computing device to monitor and adjust parameters, such as a fan speed for a GPU on a video graphics card in the first computing device, while the first computing device executes a parallel data application such as a video game. Additionally, the user uses the second computing device to manage video recorder operations. By using the second computing device to send commands to a graphics driver and a video recorder application, the first computing device's display monitor does not display a user interface during execution of the video game. No video rendering is performed by the video graphics card of the first computing device to generate and control the user interface.

In an aspect, the scanning method is fully automatic.
