The method includes: obtaining engineering parameter data and MR data of a base station; gridding the MR data to obtain grid MR data, and calculating a calculated value of longitude and latitude data of the base station according to the grid MR data; comparing the calculated value of the longitude and latitude data of the base station with longitude and latitude data of the base station in the engineering parameter data to select engineering parameter data, which is input into a load prediction model, of the base station; inputting the engineering parameter data of the base station selected into the load prediction model to train and predict the load prediction model; and issuing a corresponding power-saving turn-off strategy according to a prediction result of the load prediction model.

A computing system includes a first computing device connected to a second (remote) computing device. The user uses the second computing device to monitor and adjust parameters, such as a fan speed for a GPU on a video graphics card in the first computing device, while the first computing device executes a parallel data application such as a video game. Additionally, the user uses the second computing device to manage video recorder operations. By using the second computing device to send commands to a graphics driver and a video recorder application, the first computing device's display monitor does not display a user interface during execution of the video game. No video rendering is performed by the video graphics card of the first computing device to generate and control the user interface.

Two first pads connected to the data lines or gate signal lines of two sub-display screens that are spliced are connected in pair by the connecting plate. By utilizing pads and the connection plate to achieve a communication between the signal lines in the sub-display screens without needing, a drive circuit at an edge of each sub-display screen, a width of the non-display area at the splicing slit is reduced. The first pads are provided at one side of the sub-display screen facing the connecting plate, which reduces the width of the splicing slit.
