Abstract: A processing method and a processing device for saving energy of a base station are provided. The method includes: obtaining engineering parameter data and MR data of a base station; gridding the MR data to obtain grid MR data, and calculating a calculated value of longitude and latitude data of the base station according to the grid MR data; comparing the calculated value of the longitude and latitude data of the base station with longitude and latitude data of the base station in the engineering parameter data to select engineering parameter data, which is input into a load prediction model, of the base station; inputting the engineering parameter data of the base station selected into the load prediction model to train and predict the load prediction model; and issuing a corresponding power-saving turn-off strategy according to a prediction result of the load prediction model.

Abstract: A display device and a vehicle are disclosed. The display device has a display area including a plurality of display sub areas and a plurality of transparent sub areas. The display device includes a display panel and an electrochromic layer disposed on one side of the display panel. The electrochromic layer includes at least one electrochromic device, the at least one electrochromic device corresponds to at least one of the transparent sub areas, and the at least one electrochromic device transitions between transparent and opaque states.

Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, and methods for remotely adjusting performance and power parameters of a computing device are disclosed. A computing system includes a first computing device connected to a second (remote) computing device. The user uses the second computing device to monitor and adjust parameters, such as a fan speed for a GPU on a video graphics card in the first computing device, while the first computing device executes a parallel data application such as a video game. Additionally, the user uses the second computing device to manage video recorder operations. By using the second computing device to send commands to a graphics driver and a video recorder application, the first computing device's display monitor does not display a user interface during execution of the video game. No video rendering is performed by the video graphics card of the first computing device to generate and control the user interface.

Abstract: A multicolor light-storing ceramic for fire-protection indication and a preparation method thereof are provided. The preparation method includes: adding a glass based raw material, a light-storing powder, a dispersant and an alumina powder into a granulator, adding water mixed with a pore-forming agent and then mechanically stirring for granulation; adding a plasticizer after the stirring of 4˜8 h, and continuing the stirring for 1˜3 h to thereby obtain a mixture; packing the mixture into a mold and performing tableting; demolding and obtaining a light-storing self-luminous quartz ceramic by drying and firing using a kiln; printing a pattern onto a surface of the ceramic and then curing to obtain a light-storing ceramic for indication sign.

Abstract: A paper forming mold, comprising a roller (1). A number of through micropores are formed on a wall of the roller (1), and one or more patterns and characters of a normal watermark, a white watermark, a windowed security thread, and a paper marker are carved on the wall of the roller (1). The paper forming mold has a high reproducibility for an original watermark design draft, improves consistency, clarity, three-dimensionality, detail refinement and richness of the watermark in paper, and thus enhances the anti-counterfeiting function of the watermarked paper; the service life of the paper forming mold is prolonged; and the automation level of paper forming mold manufacturing is improved, and the labor intensity is greatly reduced.

Abstract: A magnetic resonance scanning method including: detecting the positions of individual characteristic points of interest and the positions and sizes of individual sites of interest of a target human body in the current MR scan; calculating a scan start position and a total scan range of the current MR scan according to the detected positions of the individual characteristic points of interest and the positions and sizes of the individual sites of interest of the target human body; and performing the current MR scan according to the calculated scan start position and total scan range of the MR scan. In an aspect, the scanning method is fully automatic.

Abstract: The use of a genetic method to down-regulate RBO/EFR3/EFR3A/EFR3B proteins, TTC7 protein or PI4KIII? enzyme protein which interacts with RBO/EFR3/EFR3A/EFR3B proteins and TTC7 protein, or the use of a drug to inhibit PI4KIII? protein kinase activity reduces the accumulation of A?42 within neurons and age-dependent synaptic transmission failure and other obstacles in a fruit fly AD model, and obtains an effect of improving the learning and memory abilities of AD model mice. Provided is a method for using an RBO/EFR3/EFR3A/EFR3B inhibitor, a TTC7 inhibitor and a PI4KIII? inhibitor to treat Alzheimer's disease. Abstract: Various examples are directed to systems and methods for operating a database management system (DBMS) in a cloud environment. An assembly worker executing at a first computing device may provide a first database protocol message generated by a process code executing at the first computing device. A translation engine executed at the cloud environment may translate the first database protocol message from a first format to a second format associated with a DBMS instance executing at the cloud environment to generate a translated first database protocol message. The translation engine may cause the translated first database protocol message to be provided to the DBMS instance and may receive, from the DBMS instance, a first reply corresponding to the translated first database protocol message. The first reply may be sent to the process code.

Abstract: A splicing screen includes a connecting plate and two sub-displays. The sub-display screens include gate signal lines, data lines, and first pads, each of which is electrically connected to a data line or a gate signal line. The connecting plate is arranged on one side of the sub-display screen facing away from a light-emitting side thereof. Two first pads connected to the data lines or gate signal lines of two sub-display screens that are spliced are connected in pair by the connecting plate. By utilizing pads and the connection plate to achieve a communication between the signal lines in the sub-display screens without needing, a drive circuit at an edge of each sub-display screen, a width of the non-display area at the splicing slit is reduced. The first pads are provided at one side of the sub-display screen facing the connecting plate, which reduces the width of the splicing slit.

The overlay application accesses an audio stream and a video stream generated by an executing game application. The overlay application processes the audio stream through a text conversion engine to generate at least one subtitle. The overlay application determines a display position to associate with the at least one subtitle. The overlay application generates a subtitle overlay comprising the at least one subtitle located at the associated display position. The overlay application causes a portion of the video stream to be displayed with the subtitle overlay.

The method can receive an original job request from a user for a database service, wherein the original job request can include a login credential of the user. The method can authenticate the login credential of the user by a scheduler, verify the user has privileges for the original job request by the scheduler, create a modified job request from the original job request by the scheduler based on a predefined role corresponding to the privileges of the user, send the modified job request from the scheduler to a database service platform, and allocate an instance of database service to the user in response to the modified job request.

Abstract: In an example embodiment, a solution is used to provide for multiple and concurrent web application accessing of a database in a database-as-a-service (DBaaS) framework. More particularly, a cloud solution is provided on a DBaaS for leveraging Docker network functionality to provide a virtual Internet Protocol (IP) address pool, while utilizing in-memory database technology to set up an entire accessing solution for multiple and concurrent DBaaS users and web applications, which serve the data-intensive jobs to the in-memory database. This allows for improved functionality, performance, concurrency, and handling of network stress.

Abstract: A preparation method of a screw pump screw pump screw rod rubber lining mould includes: mixing a high strength wear-resistant material with a binder to obtain a mixed slurry; injecting the mixed slurry into a female die for solidification and taking out to form a screw rod rubber lining mould preform; drying and sintering the screw rod rubber lining mould preform to obtain a screw rod rubber lining mould; immersing the screw rod rubber lining mould into a surface treatment liquid for surface heat treatment to form a wear-resistant layer, and cooling down to obtain a final mould. The high strength wear-resistant material is prepared by using a ZnFe2O4 nano-particle reinforced Ti(C,N)-based metal ceramic composite material; the surface treatment liquid includes an aluminum borosilicate whisker/polyimide composite material solution; the high strength wear-resistant material having good strength, good hardness, good fracture toughness, and good wear resistance is prepared and applied.
