Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a storage device are disclosed for generating a map for use in safely navigating hazards detected at a property. One method may include actions of receiving a request for a safe path to a property occupant that is located inside the property, obtaining a floor plan of the property, obtaining real-time sensor data generated by one or more sensors installed at the property that includes (i) sensor data indicative of a hazard at the property and (ii) a current location of the property occupant, generating a map of the property based on (i) the obtained real-time sensor data and (ii) the obtained floor plan, determining a safe path between an exit of the property and the current location of the property occupant, and providing, for output on a user device, the map of the property that visually indicates the safe path.

The cleaning head, the cleaning element, and the spray nozzle define a cavity that traps spray from the spray nozzle between the cleaning device and the surface to be cleaned.

One such system is a sludge removal system for removing sludge from one or more sludge collection devices. The sludge removal system includes one or more sludge removal grids disposed in one or more sludge collection devices. Each sludge removal grid preferably includes at least one header and a plurality of sludge collection laterals. Another such system includes a fluid distribution system for distributing one or more fluids in one or more sludge or waste collection devices. A movement restricting or prevention member is provided in both the fluid distribution and sludge removal systems to prevent or restrict movement of the sludge collection laterals and the fluid distribution laterals away from or towards a floor of a corresponding collection device without anchoring or fixing the laterals to the floor.

Abstract: Disclosed are compositions and methods for treatment of breast cancer. Disclosed methods and compositions include dendritic cells loaded with cyclin B1 and WT-1 peptide antigens for immunotherapy. These dendritic cell vaccines are administered alone or in combination with other cancer therapies to improve outcomes. Disclosed methods also involve the use of therapeutic agents, such as anakinra, that block the IL-1 inflammation pathway. These agents are used in combination with chemotherapy and/or immunotherapy in treating breast cancer.

A source of pressurized concentrated oxygen to the oxygen injector is in a closed case having a ceramic fiber membrane. An air inlet and a waste outlet are in communication with a first side of the ceramic fiber membrane. An oxygen outlet is in communication with a second side of the ceramic fiber Ionic transport membrane. The case has a heat transfer surface in communication with the controlled exhaust port from the combustion chamber.

The air grid may be used as an air scour system for a filter for removing at least some impurities (e.g., foreign matter of any nature including a solid, a liquid or a gas) from water or wastewater or as an aerator for aerating wastewater in an aeration tank or basin. The air grid includes an adapter for permitting in field adjustment of one or more components (e.g., drop pipe) of the air grid. Preferably, the adapter houses a portion of an air supply header and a portion of a drop pipe such that the air supply header is disposed above the drop pipe. The adapter may include a detachable sealing assembly. A tool may be provided for inserting and/or removing one or more components of the air grid from the operation environment.
