  • Publication number: 20190307248
Abstract: An example apparatus includes a bracket having a rack attachment member and a guard attachment member, and upper and lower engagement tabs that are coupled to the rack attachment member and have a stem portion and a head portion. The rack attachment member has a lock pin hole above the lower rack engagement tab. The lock pin hole is sized and positioned to provide sufficient cross-sectional area within a rack engagement distance to allow passage of a bracket lock pin therethrough within the rack engagement distance. The apparatus further includes a bracket lock pin having a stabilizing leg coupled to a lock pin head, where the stabilizing leg fits through the lock pin hole and the lock pin head does not. The stabilizing leg urges the lock pin head toward the lock pin hole when the stabilizing leg is passed through the lock pin hole.

  • Publication number: 20190304228
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a storage device, for accommodating unattended services at a property. In one aspect, a monitoring system is disclosed that includes a processor and a storage device storing instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform operations. The operations can include receiving a request to enter the property to perform the unattended service, configuring the monitoring system to allow access to a first portion of the property associated with the unattended service without triggering an alarm event, obtaining image data of the property after the monitoring system is configured to allow access to the first portion of the property, determining, based on the obtained image data, that an unattended service provider has entered into a second, different portion of the property, and triggering an alarm event.

  • Patent number: 10376817
Abstract: An apparatus for removing impurities from water and/or wastewater and a method of installing a fluid distribution system in the apparatus. In the most preferred form of the invention, the fluid distribution system is an air scour system for directing air through the filter bed to assist in cleaning of the filter bed to remove impurities trapped in the filter bed during a service run. In the most preferred form, the method of installing the fluid distribution system in the filter bed is performed by imparting a force to the filter bed to permit the fluid distribution system to be installed in the filter bed without removing media. The fluid distribution system is preferably configured to permit the fluid distribution system to be readily installed in the filter bed and at an optimum orientation.

  • Patent number: 10341415
Abstract: A method, system, and medium related to data retrieval using tags and routing rules to optimize the data retrieved and the response time for the data retrieval by decreasing the latency of the response and by increasing the efficacy of the dynamic content delivery is provided. A message request is received from a client server. A local server determines if the digital content resides on a local server by comparing a tagged rule for the message request with a tagged rule associated with the local server. If the local server determines, by comparing the tagged rules, that the digital content does not reside on the local server, the local server sends the message request for the digital content to a service server. The service server then parses the tagged rule associated with the message request into a set of tree-based hierarchical tagged rules.
