  • Publication number: 20050198918
Abstract: A movable pergola has four lateral support panels, each of which is connected to and supported by a planter proximate to its base, and a slatted roof structure supported by the lateral support panels. The movable pergola can be expanded with one or more additional expansion sections that include roof structures through use of additional pairs of lateral supports connected to planters. The expansion can be lengthwise and give the appearance of a single uniform roof structure or at a right angle to the existing slatted roof structure. Lateral roof panels connect the lateral support panels and each lateral roof panel can be connected at each of its end by two fasteners. The lateral roof panels and lateral support panels provide support for the slatted roof structure. The planters, which may be filled with a ballast material, provide stability to the movable pergola, and neither the planters nor the support panels need be fastened to the ground.

  • Publication number: 20050188623
Abstract: A Barzebo according to the present disclosure is a portable shelter, gazebo or pavilion having an integrated service bar joining two or more adjacent support panels. A Barzebo according to the present disclosure is configured with the server area of the service bar and the patron area of the service bar within the envelope of the shelter and the patron area is congruent with the optimal benefit area of the shelter. The service bar integrated with the shelter structure improves the structural stability of the shelter in two axes. It is emphasized that this abstract is provided to comply with the rules requiring an abstract which will allow a searcher or other reader to quickly ascertain the subject matter of the technical disclosure. It is submitted with the understanding that it will not be used to interpret or limit the scope or meaning of the claims.

  • Publication number: 20050176200
Abstract: A method of fabricating a flash memory is provided. A substrate having several device isolation structures for defining an active region is provided. A tunneling dielectric layer and a patterned mask layer are formed over the active region. A portion of each device isolation structure is removed to form a plurality of trenches. A dielectric layer is formed over the substrate and a sacrificial layer is filled the trenches. A portion of the dielectric layer is removed using the sacrificial layer as a self-aligned mask. The patterned mask layer is removed and a conductive layer that exposed the top section of the sacrificial layers is formed over the substrate. After removing the sacrificial layer, an inter-gate dielectric layer and a control gate are formed over the substrate. A source region and a drain region are formed in the substrate on each side of the control gate.

  • Patent number: 6893918
Abstract: A method of fabricating a flash memory is provided. A substrate having several device isolation structures for defining an active region is provided. A tunneling dielectric layer and a patterned mask layer are sequentially formed over the active region of the substrate. A sacrificial layer is formed on the substrates. Thereafter, the sacrificial layer is patterned to retain a part of sacrificial layer on the device isolation structures. The patterned mask layer is removed, and a conductive layer that exposed the top section of the sacrificial layers is formed over the substrate. After removing the sacrificial layer, an inter-gate dielectric layer is formed over the substrate. A control gate is formed over the inter-gate dielectric layer. Finally, a source region and a drain region are formed in the substrate on each side of the control gate.

  • Publication number: 20050093055
Abstract: A substrate having a P type shallow doped region is provided, and at least a stacked gate structure having a tunneling oxide, a floating gate, an ONO layer, and a control gate from bottom to top are respectively formed thereon. Then, a P type deep doped region is formed in the substrate alongside the stacked gate structure. Following that, an oxidization process is performed to oxidize the floating gate and the control gate such that an insulating barrier layer is formed. Finally, a drain and a source are formed in the substrate.

  • Publication number: 20050051833
Abstract: A flash memory cell including a p-type substrate, an n-type deep well, a stacked gate structure, a source region, a drain region, a p-type pocket doped region, spacers, a p-type doped region and a contact plug is provided. The n-type deep well is set up within the p-type substrate and the stacked gate structure is set up over the p-type substrate. The stacked gate structure further includes a tunneling oxide layer, a floating gate, an inter-gate dielectric layer, a control gate and a cap layer sequentially formed over the p-type substrate. The source region and the drain region are set up in the p-type substrate on each side of the stacked gate structure. The p-type pocket doped region is set up within the n-type deep well region and extends from the drain region to an area underneath the stacked gate structure adjacent to the source region. The spacers are attached to the sidewalls of the stacked gate structure. The p-type doped region is set up within the drain region.

  • Patent number: 6721430
Abstract: A method and apparatus is disclosed where a musical system is integrated with an outdoor seating apparatus, such that a user may rest comfortably while listening to music. The musical system is designed to withstand outdoor weather conditions. The musical system, typically a radio, is integrated with the backrest portion of the seating apparatus. The radio is designed to function in both extreme hot and cold temperatures. The radio also features RCA inputs, so that external signal inputs may be played on the radio's speakers. A cellular modem and interface is present so that a computer can connect to the Internet. An adapter is also present so a cell phone can connect to the radio, and use the radio's speakers. The speakers can be magnetic coil based, or may use flat panel speaker technology.
