Abstract: A triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) and a power generation device based on a plant fiber and a modified tribo-electronegative material is provided. A rotor is located inside a stator. An inner circumferential surface of the stator is provided with copper, and an outer circumferential surface of the rotor is provided with a tribo-electronegative material. The tribo-electronegative material is not in contact with the copper, and an air gap is formed between the tribo-electronegative material and the copper. The inner circumferential surface of the stator is further provided with a plant fiber brush. During rotation, the tribo-electronegative material scrapes the plant fiber brush to allow soft contact to transfer charges. The rotor is axially connected to a driving shaft of a waterwheel, and the TENG operates under an action of a water flow. The tribo-electronegative material is obtained by etching a film to form a nano-textured structure and depositing a fluorocarbon layer.

The emitter assembly may include a plurality of conductive pillars electrically connected to the VCSEL chip, and a conductive pillar, of the plurality of conductive pillars, may have a solder cap at an end of the conductive pillar. Abstract: An apparatus and system are described to support secondary cell (SCell) dormancy switching when cross-carrier scheduling (CCS) from SCell to primary cell (PCell) transmission is supported are described. A physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) transmission on the sSCell has a downlink control information format (DCI) format 0_1 or 1_1 containing a SCell dormancy indication field and a CIF are used to indicate CCS and SCell dormancy switching to deactivate the SCell. The CIF value is either 0 or indicates the PCell and may depend on whether physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmission is scheduled. The DCI triggers bandwidth part (BWP) switching for the PCell to indicate to the UE to switch to monitoring UE-specific search space sets on the PCell instead of on the SCell.

Abstract: A semiconductor device and an electronic device are provided. The semiconductor device includes an insulating substrate and a thin film transistor layer. The thin film transistor layer includes a first active layer and a first insulating layer disposed on the first active layer, and a convex portion is formed on the first insulating layer. The thin film transistor layer further includes a second active layer and a third active layer disposed on both sidewalls and an upper surface of the convex portion, one end of the first active layer is connected to the second active layer, and another end of the first active layer is connected to the third active layer.

Abstract: Example embodiments of the present disclosure relate to de-prioritization of retransmission. A device determines whether user data is absent in a transport block that is to be retransmitted through a hybrid automatic repeat request process. The device deprioritizes selection of the hybrid automatic repeat request process for one or more transmissions on a configured grant based at least in part on the determination. Through this solution, it is possible to avoid or deprioritize unnecessary retransmissions of the transport blocks without user data.

Abstract: Provided is a thin film transistor and a method for manufacturing thereof, a display panel, and a display device, which relates to the field of display technologies. The thin film transistor includes an active layer, source and drain electrodes, and an oxygen supplementation layer. As an orthogonal projection of the oxygen supplementation layer on the base substrate is at least partially overlapped with an orthogonal projection of a target portion of the active layer on the base substrate, oxygen introduced in forming the oxygen supplementation layer in the thin film transistor is capable of diffusing to the target portion of the active layer, such that a defect in the target portion of the active layer is reduced, and a property of the thin film transistor is greater.

Abstract: Mechanisms are disclosed for applying one or more heuristics to collected server configurations to detect anomalous configurations. A collection system requests configuration data, including one or more configuration values, from a plurality of configuration agents running on a plurality of hosted servers. The one or more configuration values are received from the plurality of configuration agents at the collection system. The one or more configuration values are stored in one or more databases, organized based on one or more server identifiers. The one or more configuration values are accessed, by an analysis system, from the one or more databases. One or more heuristics are applied to the one or more configuration values based on the one or more server identifiers. In response to detecting the presence of one or more anomalous server configurations, a notification of one or more server configuration issues is provided.

For example, a wireless terminal may receive SB indications including SB configurations and/or LBT outcomes of a base station, and other information such as a remapped CORESET. Similarly, a terminal may determine that a physical resource block (PRB) is invalid based at least in part on whether the PRB overlaps with a guard band. The terminal may be arranged to adjust its searches and transmissions based on received SB indications, and to provide the base station with LBT outcomes of the terminal.
