To illustrate, a user equipment (UE) may receive a reference signal and then may receive a message indicating one or more of an update of a transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state of the UE or a change in designation of a path loss reference signal (PL-RS) measured by the UE. If the reference signal is received within a threshold time period of receiving the message (or vice versa), the UE may perform the update or the change in designation of the PL-RS using one or more parameters determined using the reference signal.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device. The method includes forming a patterned hardmask over an underlying target layer on a substrate; and performing plasma fabrication operations in parallel on the patterned hardmask and underlying target layer in a plasma etching chamber using a plasma etch gas and a selective source gas. The plasma operations include forming a protective cap on the patterned hardmask; and removing portions of the underlying layer that are not covered by the patterned hardmask. In various embodiments, the selective source gas includes a chemical compound that includes a halogen gas that can be dissociated into a metal and a halogen, and the plasma operations include dissociating the metal and the halogen in the selective source gas and forming a protective cap on the patterned hardmask using the metal that has been dissociated.

Abstract: The present application provides a display panel and a grayscale compensation method. The grayscale compensation method first divides a display area of the display panel into a first display sub-area and a second display sub-area, and then takes average brightness of the at least one second display sub-area as target brightness and compensates a grayscale of each sub-pixel in the at least one second display sub-area. Accordingly, the present application not only improves the brightness uniformity of the display area, but also requires less gray scale compensation data.

A memory controller is to: find, in input data, a binary code to be replaced corresponding to a preset programming level to be replaced, the input data is to be written into a memory cell; and substitute the binary code to be replaced in the input data with a replacement binary code corresponding to a preset replacement programming level, and generate a replacement identifier linking a memory address corresponding to the replacement binary code. The quantity of states is reduced by modifying a data encoding mode of the memory controller to help shorten programming duration of the memory device and reduce disturbance.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method and device for designing an insulator structure for fixed gas insulation. The present disclosure inputs a plurality of sets of pre-set insulator structure parameters into an initial insulator model separately to generate a plurality of insulator models; evaluates an electrical parameter of each insulator model at a same temperature to obtain an electric field distribution of each part of each insulator model; selects a target insulator model from all the insulator models based on a pre-defined model screening condition and the electric field distribution of each part of each insulator model; evaluates a thermodynamic parameter of the target insulator model based on conductivity-temperature variation curves of an insulation material and an insulation gas to obtain a temperature distribution of each part of the target insulator model; and optimizes the target insulator model based on the temperature distribution to obtain an optimal insulator model.
