Abstract: Disclosed is a method for identifying fragile lines in power grid based on electrical betweenness, which comprises the following steps: constructing the power grid into a network diagram, sequentially removing lines in the network diagram, and sorting the electrical betweenness of each line from large to small; constructing a nonlinear model of complex network cascade failure considering overload and weighted edges, and respectively performing two ways of removing lines for sorted electrical betweenness, namely sequentially removing preset proportion lines and sequentially removing all lines until no new lines are removed in the network diagram; obtaining a change of generator-load power before and after each line removal, and evaluating a severity of power grid failure based on the change of generator-load power, thus completing an identification of power grid fragile lines.

Abstract: An image decoding method performed by a decoding apparatus according to the present disclosure includes receiving a bitstream including residual information; deriving quantized transform coefficients for a current block based on the residual information included in the bitstream; deriving transform coefficients for the current block from the quantized transform coefficients based on an inverse quantization process; deriving residual samples for the current block by applying inverse transform to the derived transform coefficients; and generating a reconstructed picture based on the residual samples for the current block.

The UE may transmit a request for the self-interference measurement report to the network node prior to receiving the scheduling information.

The display panel is provided with a plurality of first pixels and a plurality of first pixel driving circuits located in a main display area, a plurality of second pixels located in a transparent display area and a transition display area, a plurality of second pixel driving circuits located in the transition display area, and a reflector. The second pixel driving circuits form a plurality of driving circuit islands for driving the second pixels. The reflector includes a first reflection portion located on the driving circuit islands so that a reflectivity in the main display area and a reflectivity in the transition display area tend to be identical.

Abstract: A point cloud decoding method, a point cloud encoding method, and a point cloud decoding device are provided in embodiments of the disclosure. A point cloud bitstream is decoded to output a point cloud, where the point cloud includes attribute data and geometry data. Multiple three-dimensional patches are extracted from the point cloud. The extracted multiple three-dimensional patches are converted into two-dimensional pictures. Quality enhancement is performed on attribute data of the converted two-dimensional pictures, and the attribute data of the point cloud is updated according to the attribute data of the two-dimensional pictures after quality enhancement.

Abstract: A shock absorber for an automobile with adaptive damping includes a cylinder barrel, a piston rod, a damping valve, a nitrogen container and a flute tube assembly. The flute tube assembly includes a core tube socket, an inner tube and an outer tube. A row of damping through holes is formed in each of two ends of the outer tube, a first check valve is arranged at one end of the outer tube and inserted into the piston rod, and the other end of the outer tube is arranged on the core tube socket and is connected to the nitrogen container through a first oil tube pipeline; the core tube socket is communicated with the first oil tube pipeline through a second check valve; the bottom end of the inner tube is fixed to the core tube socket and connected to the nitrogen container through a second oil tube pipeline.

Abstract: A method includes identifying ACF information by: obtaining channel information including multiple channels of expected operation scenarios; and based on the channel information for each of the channels, determining MMSE channel estimation (CE) weights expressed in a form of ACFs and an SNR, and covariance matrices. The method includes clustering the MMSE CE weights into K clusters. A center ACF weight of each of the K clusters represents a codeword. The method includes determining a distance metric based on a cluster distance after a re-clustering. The method includes, in response to a determination that cluster distances before and after the clustering differ from each other by a non-negligibly, iteratively re-clustering the ACF information thereby updating the center ACF weights and cluster distances. The method includes generating the codebook to include an index k of each of the K clusters and the center ACF weight of each of the K clusters.

Abstract: Methods and systems for detecting defects on a specimen are provided. One system performs double detection in which at least one of the reference images compared to a test image is a computed reference image generated from multiple images corresponding to the test image. The other reference image may or may not be computed from more than one of the multiple images. Such a computed reference image may also be a median-based computed reference generated from multiple-median images generated from different subsets of images in a job of images generated by an inspection subsystem for a specimen. Such a system may also group images for a die row on a specimen into different jobs based on color so that different jobs have different color value ranges. Such grouping may also be performed so that each of the jobs includes a number of images greater than a predetermined, minimum job size.

Abstract: A mechanism for processing video data is disclosed. A conversion is performed between a visual media data including a video unit and a bitstream. The conversion can be performed by a video encoder and/or a video decoder. The video unit is reconstructed, and a guided filter is applied to reconstructed samples in the video unit.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described that provide for service indication via downlink control information (DCI) in which different services have a same DCI size. Techniques provide also that a DCI format may be indicated by a masking operation on a cyclic redundancy check (CRC) of the DCI. The DCI may include an indicator field that may indicate the service of the associated operation. The indication may also be provided via different monitoring occasions of the DCI transmissions that are associated with different services. Different DCI search spaces also may be associated with different services and provide the service indication. Additionally or alternatively, different scrambling sequences used on all or a portion of control information or demodulation reference signal transmissions may be associated with different services.

Abstract: The present invention provides a class of novel NAMPT enzyme agonist and preparation and use thereof, which has a structural formula as shown in formula I or formula II. The present invention screens the NAMPT agonist NAT from the chemical small molecule library, and the NAT exhibits a good cytoprotective effect and a good anti-neurodegeneration effect in animal models of neurodegeneration. We studied the binding of NAT to enzymes, and then carried out multiple rounds of structure optimization based on the chemical structure characteristics of NAT and its enzyme activity properties, and obtained a relatively defined structure-activity relationship. The present patent not only lays the foundation for developing innovative drugs for anti-aging and neurodegenerative diseases, but also theoretically provides a proof-of-concept that enhancing NAMPT enzyme activity plays an important role in neuroprotection.
