Abstract: Provided is a user equipment (UE), a scheduling node, and communication methods for UE and, respectively, scheduling node. The UE comprises a transceiver which, in operation, receives a configuration of a PoSS (power saving signal) time window for monitoring a PoSS and preceding a DRX (discontinuous reception) ON period for monitoring a PDCCH (physical downlink control channel), wherein the PoSS indicates whether or not the UE starts monitoring for the PDCCH in the DRX ON period and circuitry which, in operation, determines, based on the configuration, the PoSS time window, and controls the transceiver to perform monitoring for the PoSS within the PoSS time window.

Abstract: A gas turbine engine is provided and includes a first fan blade including a suction surface, a second fan blade comprising a pressure surface and neighboring the first fan blade and a throat region interposed between the suction surface of the first fan blade and the pressure surface of the second fan blade. The throat region includes a passage throat located at a minimum distance between the pressure and suction surfaces. The first and second fan blades are configured such that a pre-compression region is defined in the throat region ahead of the passage throat. Each of the first and second fan blades includes a mean camber line defining a flattened suction surface.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. The method may include a user equipment (UE) identifying a priority scheme for a set of signals including a first set of synchronization signal block (SSB) signals associated with a first frequency range, a second set of SSB signals associated with a second frequency range, and a paging signal associated with the first frequency range. The UE may then monitor, via a narrowband processor of the UE and based on the priority scheme, a set of time resources for one or more of the first set of SSB signals, the second set of SSB signals, or the paging signal. The narrowband processor may be configured to process signals received via the first frequency range and the second frequency range.

Abstract: Ion-conductive membranes composed of glassy organic frameworks are provided. Also provided are devices incorporating the ion-conductive membranes and methods of making the ion-conductive membranes. The glassy organic framework membranes can be synthesized from nitrile- and/or acetyl-group containing monomers using thermally controlled, step-wise nitrile and/or acetyl trimerization reactions and film casting techniques.

One method includes sending, by the RAN node, a configuration message to the UE, the configuration message comprising the quality information, so that the UE performs an MDT task and reports at least one MDT measurement result according to the quality information; and receiving, by the RAN node, the at least one MDT measurement result from the UE. Another method includes receiving, by the UE, a configuration message from a RAN node, the configuration message comprising the quality information; and performing, by the UE, an MDT task and reporting at least one MDT measurement result according to the quality information.

Abstract: Technology is disclosed herein reconfiguring word lines as either data word lines or dummy word lines. In a sub-block mode reconfigurable word lines are used as dummy word lines that provide electrical isolation between data word lines in a block. The block may be divided into an upper tier, a middle tier, and a lower tier, with the reconfigurable word lines within the middle tier. In a full-block mode the reconfigurable group of the word lines are used as data word lines. Because the reconfigurable word lines are used as data word lines in the full-block mode storage capacity is greater in the full-block mode than in the sub-block mode. Moreover, because the sub-blocks are smaller in size but greater in number than the full-blocks, the memory system may be provisioned with fewer blocks and still meet user storage requirements in both the full-block mode and the sub-block mode.

An example method for video processing includes performing a conversion between a video having one or more video regions including a current video block and a bitstream representation of the video, wherein the bitstream representation conforms to a format rule that the current video block is coded using a palette mode coding tool, wherein a binarization of an escape symbol for the current video block uses an exponential-Golomb (EG) code of order K, wherein K is a non-negative integer that is unequal to three, and wherein the palette mode coding tool represents the current video block using a palette of representative color values and wherein the escape symbol is used for a sample of the current video block coded without using the representative color values.

Abstract: A solid heat carrier catalyst for thermal desorption of organic matter-contaminated soil and a method for preparing the same. A hollow alumina ball prepared by 3D printing is taken as a solid heat carrier, copper-nickel-vanadium composite oxide is taken as a catalytic active component, and vinyltriethoxysilane is taken as a masking agent. The ball has a diameter of 30 mm to 60 mm and a thickness of 1 mm to 2 mm. An outer surface of the ball is masked with the vinyltriethoxysilane; then the ball is pierced to make an inner surface thereof connected with the outside through channels; the ball is then immersed in a catalytic active component precursor solution; and finally, drying and calcination are performed to obtain the solid heat carrier catalyst for thermal desorption of organic matter-contaminated soil. This product is widely applicable to the field of thermal desorption of organic contaminants of soil.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to bifunctional CDK-modulating compounds having the structure W-L-T, where W is a targeting group that binds specifically to a CDK protein, T is an E3-ligase binding group, and L is absent or is a bivalent linking group that connects W and T together via a covalent linkage. Compounds and pharmaceutical compositions thereof can promote degradation of one or more CDK protein in a cell and are thus useful for treating, inhibiting, and preventing CDK-associated diseases, disorders and conditions, including cancers.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a cell gel preparation, which is used for treating and/or preventing acute or chronic osteoarthritis and/or symptoms thereof by means of intra-articular injection, wherein the preparation comprises a nucleic acid hydrogel loading mesenchymal stem cells. The present invention further relates to a method for treating or preventing acute and chronic osteoarthrosis and associated symptoms caused by inflammation (especially osteoarticular pain and activity or function loss) by means of using the cell gel preparation, and a method for reducing the shear damage on cells in a shear environment by means of using the nucleic acid hydrogel.
