Abstract: A method and a wearable apparatus for disease diagnosis are provided. The method is applied to the wearable apparatus with an image capturing unit and a display unit. In this method, a plurality of input images in a field of view of the wearable apparatus are captured by using the image capturing unit, wherein each of the input images contains an array of pixels. The variations of the pixel values in a time domain are analyzed. The pixel variations within a specific frequency range are magnified and the magnified pixel variations are added onto the original ones to generate an output image. The output image is overlapped with a current image in the field of view of the wearable apparatus and displayed on the display unit.

Abstract: A remote information communication system comprises an administration server, at least one linking server and at least one remote device. The linking method of the remote information communication system comprises steps of: the administration server authenticating the remote device and linking server; the proximal device requesting the administration server to find out a specified remote device; the administration server responding an address of the linking server for establishing a link with the specified remote device; the proximal device linking with the linking server through the address responded from the administration server to find out the specified remote device via the linking server; and the linking server establishing a link between the proximal device and the specified remote device.

Abstract: When a first device is establishing a point-to-point connection with a second device, a server provides connection instructions for assistance. The connection instructions define multiple connection flows. When the connection instructions are received, the first device attempts a first connection flow under a priority order. If failed, another connection is tried by the first device. The server monitors connection status and adjusts the connection instructions according to statistics and circumstances.

Abstract: An electronic apparatus is designed for interacting with an external device. The external device stores data like photos, document and/or data streams. The electronic apparatus includes a transmission interface, a detector and a processing circuit. The detector detects whether the external device is within a predetermined distance from the electronic apparatus, e.g. direct contact or within a distance. Besides, the external device is not wire connected with the electronic apparatus. The processing circuit automatically performs a data connection with the external device when the detector detects the external device within the predetermined distance.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a gateway for controlling Wakeup-on-LAN and/or Sleep-on-LAN through the Internet. The gateway comprises a first port for establishing a P2P (point-to-point) connection to the Internet, and a second port for coupling to a Local-Area-Network (LAN) that supports Wakeup-on-LAN and/or Sleep-on-LAN, wherein the gateway collects identifications and addresses of terminal devices in the Local-Area-Network (LAN) for associating the identification codes and the addresses of the terminal devices, so that the gateway can wake up and/or sleep the terminal devices according to messages carrying the identification codes of the terminal devices on the P2P connection.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a semiconductor package and a manufacturing method thereof The semiconductor package includes a semiconductor element including a main body, a plurality of conductive vias, and at least one filler. The conductive vias penetrate through the main body. The filler is located in the main body, and a coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of the filler is different from that of the main body and the conductive vias. Thus, the CTE of the overall semiconductor element can be adjusted, so as to reduce warpage.

Next, at least one playlist is read, and at least one second multimedia file sorted after the first multimedia file in the at least one playlist is searched. By the aforementioned structures, an ordinary person can easily monitor and control images and electric equipment at home through internet, without carrying out a network wiring or knowing how to set up an IP.
