    Abstract: A molecular sieve of MFI structure has a ratio of n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3) of more than 15 and less than 70. It has a content of phosphorus of 1-15 wt %, calculated as P2O5 and based on the dry weight of the molecular sieve and a content of the supported metal in the molecular sieve 1-10 wt % based on the oxide of the supported metal and the dry weight of the molecular sieve. The supported metal is one or two selected from lanthanum and cerium. The volume of mesopores in the molecular sieve represents 40-70% by volume of the total pore volume of the molecular sieve by volume, measured by a nitrogen adsorption BET specific surface area method, and the volume of mesopores means the pore volume of the pores having a diameter of more than 2 nm and less than 100 nm.

    Abstract: The gas detector calibration system comprises a control unit, a temperature regulation assembly, a pump, and a temperature sensor. The temperature regulation assembly has an inlet and an outlet, and the pump has a pump inlet and a pump outlet. The outlet of the temperature regulation assembly is coupled to the pump inlet of the pump. The temperature regulation assembly receives ambient air through the inlet, regulates a temperature of the ambient air, and supplies the ambient air to the pump through the outlet. The pump supplies the ambient air to a gas detector for regulating a temperature of the gas detector. The temperature sensor detects the temperature and sends a signal indicative of the temperature to the control unit. The control unit determines whether the temperature is within a predefined temperature range, when within the predefined temperature range, the gas detector is calibrated using a calibration gas.

A difference between an output of a value of a plurality of bits input to at least one computing layer in a neural network and a correct value is determined. The bits are respectively considered the at least one fault bit. A repair condition is determined based on the difference. The repair condition includes a correspondence between a position where the fault bit is located in the block and at least one non-fault bit in the memory. A value of at least one non-fault bit of the memory replaces a value of the fault bit based on the repair condition.

In the preparation method, the potassium 4-aminobenzoate is used as a nitrogen source as well as an activator for preparing the nitrogen-doped porous carbon material. Nitrogen doping is simultaneously completed during the activation, and the nitrogen-doped porous carbon material can be prepared through one-step calcination.
