The mixed precipitate is calcined to synthesize a spinel type lithium titanate. The spine lithium titanate is used as the anode active material to improve an electrochemical performance of the lithium ion battery.

The present invention has high compression rate, reduces the transmission burden for communication lines and storage burden for the data center, and improves the efficiency of smart electricity data analysis and mining.
