    Abstract: Examples described herein provide for methods for semiconductor processing for forming source/drain regions of transistors. An example is a method for semiconductor processing. An etch stop liner is formed in a semiconductor substrate. Forming the etch stop liner includes implanting etch selectivity dopants into the semiconductor substrate. The etch selectivity dopants form at least part of the etch stop liner. A source/drain cavity is formed in the semiconductor substrate. Forming the source/drain cavity includes etching the etch stop liner. Etching the etch stop liner selectively etches the etch stop liner relative to a material of the semiconductor substrate. A source/drain region is epitaxially grown in the source/drain cavity.

The liquid reservoir is configured to immerse a server in an insulating coolant. The liquid reservoir is movably mounted to the mounting frame. The cold source distributor comprises a telescopic cold source tube and a telescopic heat return tube. An output end of the cold source tube and an output end of the heat return tube are coupled to the liquid reservoir. When the liquid reservoir is pulled out of the mounting frame, the cold source tube and the heat return tube are extended by the liquid reservoir to a predetermined length. When the liquid reservoir is pushed into the mounting frame, the cold source tube and the heat return tube are retracted.

After exchanging heat with the heat exchanger, the coolant is guided by the partition board to flow through the electronic device.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a target-aiming drug delivery system for diagnosis and treatment of cancer containing liposome labeled with peptides which specifically targets interleukin-4 receptors, and a manufacturing method thereof. The liposome which contains anticancer drugs labeled with IL4RPep peptides prepared in accordance with the present invention can deliver drugs to cancer cells in which IL-4 receptors are overexpressed by IL4RPep peptides which specifically bind to IL-4 receptors, and the drug delivery can recognize cancer cells specifically by a label. Thus, IL4RPep peptides can increase the effect of drugs only on cancer tissues and at the same time significantly reduce the side effects on normal tissues, which makes possible in vivo(molecular) imaging and early diagnosis of tumors.
