    Abstract: A control system comprises a power distribution unit (PDU), a number of fan modules, a processing module, and a storage module. The PDU comprises a number of power-output terminals. The storage module comprises a number of programs to be executed by the processing unit. The storage module obtains power information output by the power-output terminals, and obtains corresponding control information from a mapping unit according to the power information. The storage module further generates a pulse width modulation (PWM) signal corresponding to the control information, and outputs the PWM signal to a corresponding fan module.

A control module turns on a switch which is connected with the node whose energy needs to be reduced, thereby powering off the node whose energy needs to be reduced.

A second internal space and a gap exposing the second internal space are formed between the first and second pivoting elements. The second internal space communicates with the first internal space through the opening. The first waterproof structure is fixed to the first pivoting element and surrounds at least a portion of the opening to block liquid from entering the first internal space through the opening. The second waterproof structure is fixed to the second pivoting element and shields the gap to block liquid from entering the second internal space through the gap.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a target-aiming drug delivery system for diagnosis and treatment of cancer containing liposome labeled with peptides which specifically targets interleukin-4 receptors, and a manufacturing method thereof. The liposome which contains anticancer drugs labeled with IL4RPep peptides prepared in accordance with the present invention can deliver drugs to cancer cells in which IL-4 receptors are overexpressed by IL4RPep peptides which specifically bind to IL-4 receptors, and the drug delivery can recognize cancer cells specifically by a label. Thus, IL4RPep peptides can increase the effect of drugs only on cancer tissues and at the same time significantly reduce the side effects on normal tissues, which makes possible in vivo(molecular) imaging and early diagnosis of tumors.
