    Abstract: Provided are a continuous post-treatment method and device for a penem compound. The method includes the following steps: S1, performing continuous extraction on a reaction crude product of a penem compound, to obtain an extraction heavy phase and an extraction light phase; S2, performing continuous solid-liquid separation on the extraction heavy phase, to obtain a liquid phase separation product; S3, performing continuous pH adjustment on the liquid phase separation product until a pH value thereof is 6.1-6.3, to obtain pH-adjusted solution; and S4, performing continuous crystallization treatment on the pH-adjusted solution by a first crystallization solvent, to obtain a penem compound product. The use of the method for the post-treatment of the reaction crude product of the penem compound has the advantages of high treatment speed and high efficiency, and stable material properties and a low deterioration rate during the treatment, and has better control over the yield and purity of a target product.

    Abstract: Provided are a fibroblast activation protein inhibitor (FAPI) dimer compound, an FAPI dimer-based positron emission tomography (PET) imaging agent for tumor diagnosis, and a preparation method and use thereof. An amphiphilic polyethylene glycol (PEG) chain and a dimerized structure of FAPI in the FAPI dimer compound with a structure shown in formula I can improve the in vivo kinetic properties of the compound and prolong a residence time of the compound in a tumor, thereby improving the uptake and imaging effects in the tumor. The accurate tumor diagnosis can be achieved by labeling the FAPI dimer compound with a diagnostic nuclide (68Ga), which has promising application prospects in PET imaging for diagnosis and in the preparation of a therapeutic nuclide (such as 177Lu or 90Y)-labeled drug for treating a FAP-?-expressing tumor.

    Abstract: A global shutter image sensor with improved pixel failure coverage detects failures caused by the pixel chip of the image sensor. The global shutter image sensor includes a pixel chip including an array of photodiodes and associated logic, and a logic chip, bonded to the pixel chip, including an array of logic blocks for processing the images detected by the photodiodes. A failure detection circuit coupled to a reference voltage node of the image sensor detects a failure in the pixel chip by capturing a first level of pixel bias current and a second level of pixel bias current wherein a difference between the first level and the second level drives an output of the failure detection circuit either as logic high or as logic low.

    Abstract: A cross-coupling control method for moving beam of gantry machine tool is disclosed, which relates to the technical field of CNC machine tool control. The cross-coupling control method includes: Step 1: establishing a crossbeam dynamics model considering a ram on the crossbeam, and at the same time simplifying the model for an observer design; step 2: realizing a PID control parameter adjustment of motors at both ends in accordance with a method of parameter tuning of a unilateral servo control system; using a servo system with the same control parameters to jointly drive the crossbeam up and down, realizing the synchronous control and realizing PID control parameter tuning for both end motors. The disclosure not only reduces the synchronization error caused by the torsion of the crossbeam, but also solves the synchronization error caused by the asymmetric load on both sides, and improves the system robustness and stability.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides a kit for detecting microsatellite instability and a method therefor. The kit includes a negative control, a plurality of qPCR reaction solutions, a qPCR premix and a sterile enzyme-free water; the plurality of qPCR reaction solutions includes 6 pairs of upstream primers and downstream primers of which the MSI mutation site is amplified, and a reference probe for the internal reference and a detection probe for the mutation site. The difference between the amplification of the gene and the gene at the mutation site of the samples and the negative control is used to detect the microsatellite instability. The method and kit as provided is easy and simple without the need of normal tissues being a control, and the need to open the cap. By doing so, aerosol pollution is avoided and sample supplies are conserved.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a formula of a remover reagent for a cured silicone sealant and a method using the same. The remover reagent is prepared from an acid catalyst and a solvent each having a high boiling point and a high flash point. The acid catalyst is benzenesulfonic acid or alkylbenzenesulfonic acid. The solvent is mineral oil and/or silicone oil. The cured silicone sealant is first soaked with the remover reagent for 30 to 120 min, and then baked at a high temperature of 80 to 120° C. for 10 min or above into debris or powder, whereby the cured silicone sealant with a thickness of 10 mm or above can be removed. Moreover, the remover reagent has the advantages of readily available raw materials, high safety, environmentally friendliness, convenient preparation and good sealant removal effect, and thus, has good application prospects.

A double-plasmid recombinant bacterium is constructed through molecular biological means for co-expressing an aldehyde synthase (AAS) gene, an amine oxidase Mao (gene) and an aldehyde dehydrogenase (Glox) gene. The constructed expression plasmids are introduced into the Escherichia coli to reconstruct to obtain recombinant cells. A recombination strain for efficiently producing glutarate is obtained through amicillin resistance and kanamycin resistance combined plate screening. Efficient production of the glutarate is achieved by optimizing concentration of a substrate, cell concentration and a transformation temperature. L-lysine with a concentration of 30 g/L may be transformed into 19.
