    Abstract: A manufacturing method for a LED is disclosed. The method includes: providing a substrate with an upper surface; preparing a plurality of LEDs on the upper surface; wherein the upper surface is divided into a plurality of zones, the plurality of LEDs composes a plurality of LED groups, and each of the LED group is disposed in one of the plurality of zones; preparing a testing circuit to electrically connecting the plurality of LEDs in one of the plurality of LED groups; testing the plurality of LEDs in the one of the plurality of LED groups by the testing circuit to obtain photoelectrical characteristics of the plurality of LEDs in the one of the plurality of LED groups; and presenting the photoelectric characteristics in an image.

Epoxidized fatty acid alkyl esters could be obtained via epoxidation of fatty acid alkyl esters using the acidic ionic liquids as catalysts. The epoxidized fatty acid alkyl esters perform well as bio-plasticizers, which could be substituted for phthalate ester plasticizers. The acidic ionic liquids catalysts provide good catalytic performance, are easy to separate, reusable, and may reduce corrosion of pipelines.

    Abstract: A wooden tenon press and connection machine for coupling a plurality of wooden strips includes a station and a slide deck located on the station, a plane cutting device, a sawtooth cutting device, a gluing device, a thrust device and a press device that are located on the station. The slide deck carries the wooden strips sliding so that end surfaces at two sides of the wooden strips can pass through respectively a plane cutter of the plane cutting device and a sawtooth cutter of the sawtooth cutting device to form a wooden tenon on each of the end surfaces at two sides of the wooden strips. The two wooden tenons are daubed with a glue through the gluing device, and pressed through the press device and pushed and moved through the thrust device so that corresponding tenons of the wooden strips are tightly coupled together.

    Abstract: A strip coupling tenon forming machine for cutting a plurality of strips includes a station and a movement deck located on the station, a plane cutting device and a sawteeth cutting device. The movement deck has a holding deck to hold the strips, a slide element to carry and slide and swivel the holding deck and a rotary element. The rotary element has a holding bar anchored on the station and a rotary bar to support the holding deck. The rotary bar screws into the holding bar so that while the holding deck is swiveling its elevation also is changed. Thus, end surfaces at two sides of the strips can pass through respectively a plane cutter of the cutting device and a sawteeth cutter of the sawteeth cutting device to form respectively a coupling tenon thereon that are matched in elevation.

    Abstract: A block for electrical bonding and grounding made by punching and bending a metal sheet is provided. The block for electrical bonding and grounding has a fixing section formed on its bottom end and a connecting section formed uprightly on one side of the fixing section. The fixing section has a ground portion formed thereon by bending a cut portion into a U-shape portion, and the ground portion has a ground wire passage for passing through of a ground wire. The ground wire passage has a shrunk neck portion provided for limiting the ground wire. A threaded hole is provided correspondingly such that a fastening screw can be threaded through the threaded hole to clamp the ground wire securely in position. The overall manufacturing process is easier, more convenient and quicker so that the overall cost is lowered.

    Abstract: Mounting apparatus for holding goods containers in a vending machine includes a rack with a cover. At least two containers (warehouses) comprise a center warehouse with a first blocking portion and a left warehouse with a second blocking portion. A sliding member includes a flange. The sliding member can be in a a first position or in a second position. In the first position, the flange abuts the second blocking portion and is disengaged from the first blocking portion, allowing the center warehouse to be moved out of the rack but so preventing the left warehouse from also moving out of the rack. In the second position, the flange abuts the first blocking portion and is disengaged from the second blocking portion, allowing the left warehouse to be moved out of the rack but so preventing the right warehouse from also moving out of the rack.
