    Abstract: A battery cover assembly includes a battery cover (3) defining a pair of guide rails (326) therein, a connecting member (2), a housing (1) defining a receiving slot (164) and a battery-receiving compartment (194), a plurality of springs (5, 7), a plurality of sheaths (6), and an antenna rod (4). The connecting member is engaged with the sheaths and is loosely received in the guide rails along a lateral direction. The antenna rod inserts into the receiving slot through the connecting member, the sheaths, and the springs such that the battery cover can rotate about the antenna rod. When the battery cover is rotated downwardly to the housing, a force is required to press the battery cover down upon the housing, and then inwardly along a direction toward the antenna rod until locking projections (302) on the cover catch in troughs (182) defined in the housing.

The washer defines a center hole (52), and is located around the shaft. The lubrication mass forming means is disposed between the washer and the cam. One end of the urging means abuts the shaft, and an opposite end of the urging means biases the washer. The cam surface of the cam is rotatably and movably engaged with the follower under force of the urging means.

    Abstract: A hinge mechanism includes a shaft (1), at least one cam follower (12), a cam (2), a washer (3) and an elastic member (4). Each cam follower has a projection (120) connected to the shaft. The cam has a cam surface (24) defined thereon. The shaft runs through the cam, the washer and the elastic member, in turn. The cam surface of the cam faces the projection of each cam follower, and the cam abuts the cam follower, due to the spring force generated by the elastic member. The washer and the cam are magnetic, the facing portions thereof having the same polarity. As a result of the repulsive magnetic force between the cam and washer, the hinge mechanism generates a smaller friction therebetween, so the waste of energy is very small. The present hinge mechanism can be used in foldable electronic devices.

    Abstract: A decision mechanism for partition types of a macro block is provided. First, a rough motion estimation is performed on a macro block, so as to obtain a rough related information corresponding to various partition types. Then, one of the partition types is determined based on the rough related information. Afterwards, a fine related information is obtained by performing a fine motion estimation with the determined partition type on the macro block. Wherein, the increased pixel shift of the fine motion estimation is smaller than the increased pixel shift of the rough motion estimation. Accordingly, the decision mechanism for partition types of the macro block can reduce the motion estimation time and provide higher processing efficiency.

The spacing wall of the grounding piece slot and the signal terminal slot of the insulating body with respect to the base of the grounding piece is hollowed so that when the grounding piece is inserted into the grounding piece slot, the specific grounding device passes through the hollow portion to directly contact at least one specific signal terminal in the adjacent signal terminal slot. The signal transferred by the at least one specific signal terminal will ground without passing through the specific conductive wire of the bank wire.
