The outer bushing is connected to the base and mounted on the elevation adjusting mechanism. The inner bushing is embedded inside the outer bushing. The friction ring is disposed between the outer bushing and the inner bushing. After the elevation of the elevation adjusting mechanism is adjusted, the friction ring provides a friction force between the outer bushing and the inner bushing to fix the elevation of the elevation adjusting mechanism.     Abstract: An ultra-thin motor structure including a stator assembly and a rotator assembly is provided. The stator assembly includes at least one bearing with a bore, a base, and a winding plate. The base has a protruding portion and a deck disposed in the protruding portion. The winding plate is stacked on the deck, and includes a plurality of coils formed by an electroforming process or etching process. Furthermore, the rotator assembly is disposed on the stator assembly, and includes a spindle, a top cover, and a permanent magnet ring. The spindle is fixed in the bore of the bearing, and the permanent magnet ring is disposed on the winding plate and supports the top cover thereon. Thereby, the ultra-thin motor structure can enhance the assembly and mass-production of the motor, and satisfy demands for thinning and performance of the motor.

The motor is an axial magnetic flux spindle motor comprising a stator assembly and a rotor assembly. The stator assembly comprises a deck for seating the rotor assembly and at least one bearing placed on the housing of said stator and between the stator and the rotor. The outer periphery part of the bearings is the stationary part; with the inner part of said bearings being the rotating part. A cylindrical shaft is located in the center of the rotor. When the thin windings of stator are excited with current, a rotating magnetic field is created, forcing said rotor into rotation, and as a consequence, bringing the spindle into rotation that generates motor output needed to drive loads.

This scanner includes a scanning module to scan a document and generates a responding image signal, a stepping motor to drive the scanning module or the document and a control device to control the operation of the scanning module and the stepping motor. This control device includes a stepping control table, which contains the stepping numbers for the stepping motor to drive the scanning module or the document. While scanning a document, this device will accurately control the stepping motor according to the stepping numbers relating to the locations of the lines to be scanned, and further move the scanning module or the document to a pre-defined position for a scanning task. A design like this will reduce errors in a scanning module's movement caused by the mechanical deviation.

    Abstract: An apparatus for drying semiconductor wafers in a solvent drying chamber and a method for drying are disclosed. The apparatus is equipped with an alarm/interlocking system such that when a flow of the solvent vapor into the drying chamber is stopped, the alarm is triggered and the interlocking system is activated to stop the further loading of wafers into the drying chamber and thus preventing the outputting of undried wafers from the chamber. The apparatus is used to prevent any malfunction in the flow control valves or in any other flow control system that stops the flow of solvent vapor into the drying chamber.
