Abstract: A method for operating a communications controller adapted for full duplex (FD) operation includes receiving a measurement report from a user equipment served by the communications controller, the measurement report indicating a first power margin between a current transmit power and a transmit power break point and a second power margin between the current transmit power and a maximum transmit power capable of supporting FD operation, performing FD link adaptation (LA) in accordance with the first power margin and the second power margin to adjust one or more FD configuration parameters of a link between the communications controller and the user equipment, wherein the link includes a downlink and an uplink, and instructing the user equipment to communicate over the link in accordance with the one or more FD configuration parameters.

Abstract: The present invention relates to fields of continuous directional catalysis of soybean slurry to extract protein and functional oil with nano-magnetic immobilized enzymes. The present invention discloses soybean slurry as raw material and continuous mobile phase, and nano-magnetic immobilized enzymes as stationary phase applied in three-phase magnetic fluidized bed. The present invention provides a method of enzymatic disrupting cell walls by nano-magnetic immobilized enzyme cocktail including cellulose, pectinase and alkaline protease. The method can he used to break down lipoprotein, lipopolysaccharide complex and break lipoprotein film on the surface of lipoprotein to release the lipid. The present invention also provides a method to catalyze phospholipid using nano-magnetic immobilized phospholipase to change the polarity of phospholipids and control liquid emulsification phenomenon. The enzymes disclosed in the present invention do not interfere with each other.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a base station, a small cell, and a control channel configuration method to resolve resource waste caused when an additional physical control channel is used on a backhaul link of a small cell to transmit control information. In a base station provided by an embodiment of the present invention, a transceiver module is configured to receive full-duplex capability support information transmitted by a small cell, where the full-duplex capability support information is used to indicate whether the small cell supports use of a same physical layer resource for simultaneous reception on a backhaul link and transmission on an access link; and a processing module is configured to determine a configuration mode of the backhaul link between the base station and the small cell and the access link of the small cell according to the full-duplex capability support information received by the transceiver module.

Abstract: A sending node sends an RTS control packet carrying an identifier of a receiving node, so that the receiving node determines a power update value according to an initial transmit power of the RTS control packet and sends a CTS control packet by using the initial transmit power, where the CTS control packet carries an identifier of the sending node and the power update value, a first part of adjacent nodes other than the sending node, if determining that the first part of adjacent nodes are located beyond coverage of an updated power of the receiving node and the sending node, determine a first limited power and perform control packet transmission according to the first limited power; and receiving, by the sending node, the CTS control packet, and sending a data packet by using the updated power.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a resource scheduling method and an apparatus, and is applied to the field of communications technologies. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal UE, a first time division duplex TDD configuration and a second time division duplex TDD configuration; determining the first TDD configuration or the second TDD configuration as a target TDD configuration corresponding to the UE; dividing, based on the target TDD configuration, subframes corresponding to the UE into a first subframe subset, a second subframe subset, and a third subframe subset; and performing channel quality state measurement based on the first subframe subset, the second subframe subset, and the third subframe subset, and reporting a measurement result of the channel quality state measurement to an eNB, so that the eNB schedules a subframe resource according to the measurement result.

Abstract: The present invention addresses a method, apparatus and computer program product for enabling enhanced repetition radio resource management measurement mechanism in local area network with flexible time division duplex. For initiating a radio resource management measurement accomplished by a user equipment of a host cell and approaching a neighboring cell, the base station of the host cell transmits information indicating a radio resource management measurement subband and a cross link measurement subframe to the user equipment and not performing an uplink transmission, wherein the radio resource management measurement subband is an uplink prohibited subband that is being used in a downlink transmission of the neighboring cell, and the cross link measurement subframe is a subframe capable of being used for completing an uplink to downlink switch.

Abstract: A system and a method are presented. The system includes an electrically conducting material and an electrical insulation system. The electrical insulation system includes a layered insulation tape that has a first layer and a second layer. The first layer includes a mica paper and a binder resin in a range from about 5 wt % to about 12 wt % of the insulation tape. The second layer includes a composite of layered nanoparticles dispersed in a polyetheretherketone (PEEK) matrix. The second layer laminates the first layer. The method includes attaching the first layer and the second layer with or without the addition of further resin; using the layered insulation tape as a turn insulation and ground wall insulation for an electrically conducting material; and impregnating the system with a nanofiller-incorporated resin by a vacuum pressure impregnation method, to form an insulation system within the system.

Abstract: Systems and techniques for link failure management in multiple connection systems. Upon detection of a link failure with a local area base station during a dual connection mode in which the user device is connected to a macro base station and a local area base station, a user device sends a failure indication and a measurement results report for serving and neighboring base stations to its serving macro base station, and selects a response to the failure based at least in part on evaluation information received from the macro base station. Upon detection of a link failure with a macro base station, the user device determines whether to reconnect to the macro base station or a different macro base station and whether to reconnect with the original local area base station or a different local area base station.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a method and system for private communication. During operation, the system may determine a privacy level from a plurality of privacy levels associated with a private chat function of a communication application. The private chat function may be configured to transmit and receive private chat messages, and each privacy level is associated with visual effects which are different from the visual effects of other privacy levels. The system may obtain mode configuration information corresponding to the selected privacy level. The system may then configure the private chat function for the communication application based on the obtained mode configuration information, and display the visual effects for the communication application according to the selected privacy level.

Abstract: Embodiments described herein provide a system for generating context-appropriate user prompts from an application. The system improves significantly over previous systems by providing expedient, context-appropriate, and relevant user prompts corresponding to enterprise-related user functions. During operation, a computing device receives a user input in an application window. The device then analyzes the received user input to determine an enterprise objective of a user and an enterprise function associated with the user objective. The device then generates a user prompt corresponding to the enterprise function, and displays the user prompt in the same application window.

The method includes: performing, by a terminal, cell measurement; obtaining, by the terminal, cell selection auxiliary information; and performing, by the terminal, cell selection or cell reselection according to a cell measurement result and the cell selection auxiliary information. Embodiments of gout and lead nephropathy treatable by the pharmaceutical composition described herein include, without limitation, gout, kidney stones, tophi, hyperuricemia, blood lead, renal disease (lead nephropathy), complications thereof, as well as other conditions caused by lifestyle, genetics, medical conditions, and blood lead level. Symptoms treatable may include inflammatory arthritis, which typically involves a red, tender, hot, and swollen joint.

Abstract: A network controlling entity in a heterogeneous or local area network (such as a macro eNB) selects a set of network access nodes that share a common wake-up area code WUAC. The network controlling entity selects a transmission entity such as a motile terminal/UE and directs it to wirelessly transmit a signal on a given radio resource. The network controlling entity also informs each network access node within the set of the given radio resource on which they should listen for the signal. In various embodiments the network access nodes within the set can choose whether or not to listen for the signal and thus choose whether they will wakeup, or they can reply to the signal with a request for wakeup confirmation. In this manner WUAC-specific sets of small cells can be awakened only when needed for traffic offloading and thereby saving energy.

The method also includes accessing, by the user equipment by using the random access resource indicated by the second information, the micro base station indicated by the first information, and obtaining measurement subframe information of a micro cell of the micro base station from the micro base station during a process of accessing the micro base station. The method also includes performing neighboring cell radio resource management measurement of the micro cell on a measurement subframe indicated by the measurement subframe information of the micro cell.

Moreover, the capacitor assembly also includes a heat sink disposed within the housing and in thermal contact with at least a portion of the housing and the thermally conductive article such that the heat sink is configured to remove heat from the capacitor in a radial direction of the capacitor assembly. Further, a method of forming the capacitor assembly is also presented.

Abstract: A method, apparatus, and computer program product are provided to manage the establishment of a dual connection. A method according to an example embodiment may include causing a dual connection setup request message to be transmitted to a local area access point (LAAP) and causing a dual connection command to be transmitted to a user equipment (UE). The method further includes receiving a dual connection establishment complete message and causing resources associated with one or more split bearers to be released or suspended.
