    Abstract: A method includes masking at least one hole of an article with a paste, wherein the hole opens onto a surface of the article, applying a coating to the surface of the article, and removing the paste including contacting the paste with water, leaving at least one open hole in the surface of the coated article. The paste includes about 40-80 wt % of a filler material, about 0.5-20 wt % of an inorganic binder, about 0.5-15 wt % of a polyhydroxy compound and about 5-25 wt % of water. The filler material includes a first material which includes alkali metal doped alumina, zirconium oxide, titanium oxide, silicon dioxide, or a combination thereof and a second material which includes a silicate. A weight ratio between the first and second materials is in a range of about 1-10.

The present invention discloses a method for constructing an expression plasmid pETM6R1-RBS-glmM-GGGS-glmS that contains a glmM and a glmS gene under regulation of ribosome binding sites. The recombinant plasmid was transformed into E. coli K4 to obtain a recombinant E. coli strain ZQ33 that can produce fructosylated chondroitin up to 3.99 g·L?1 by fed-batch fermentation in a 5-L fermentor, which was increased by 108.90% compared to that of the wild type strain.

The method includes: determining the complex profile part surface impact angle change rule according to the part operation environment conditions; selecting an erosion-resistant coating material according to the service condition requirement; obtaining the relation among the impact angle, ductile-brittle angle and erosion rate of the coating by an erosion test; determining the coating and the impact angle ductile-brittle corresponding relation curve; and performing spraying by using dual-channel powder feeding thermal spraying equipment the powder feeding quantity of which is adjustable in real time, based on a matching relation between the tangential gradient coating and the surface impact angle.

    Abstract: A method for detecting an endpoint of a seasoning process in a process chamber includes obtaining seasoning progress data indicating a progress of the seasoning process for each substrate of a first plurality of substrates, and collecting historical parameter values from a plurality of sensors disposed in the process chamber. The historical parameter values for each substrate of the first plurality of substrates are normalized with respect to a plurality of parameter values for a particular substrate in the first plurality of substrates. An MVA model is generated by applying a set of coefficients to the normalized parameter values for each substrate of the first plurality of substrates, and the set of coefficients are regressed based on the seasoning progress data. An end point of the seasoning process is determined using the MVA model with a plurality of substantially real-time parameter values measured when performing a seasoning process over each substrate of a second plurality of substrates.

    Abstract: A method and system for measuring vertical wheel impact force in real-time based on tire pressure monitoring is provided by the present invention. The system mainly includes the four modules, namely a tire pressure derotation preprocessing, a tire pressure-wheel force system identification, a calibration method, and an integrated device for tire pressure-wheel force measurement. The method uses the integrated device to collect tire pressure data in real-time. The corresponding vertical wheel impact force is obtained through the derotation preprocessing and the tire pressure-wheel force system identification, and is calibrated according to the calibration method. The present invention provides an efficient, accurate, and highly adaptable wheel force measurement solution in the theoretical aspect and device aspect, which meets the requirements for the quick evaluation of the bridge health condition.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for inhibiting the formation of dioxin-like compounds in solid waste incineration flue gases, belonging to the field of cleaning of solid waste incineration flue gases. In accordance with the present invention, when incineration flue gases cool down to 500˜450° C., the flue gases are introduced into an inhibition reactor where copper chlorides in flue gas particulates mix and react with inhibitors to convert into copper metaphosphate so as to inactivate the copper chlorides which can catalyze the formation of dioxin-like compounds and control dioxin-like compound pollutants in incineration flue gases at the source. Compared with the prior art, the invention can effectively control the main formation ways of dioxin-like compounds in solid waste incineration flue gases by optimizing inhibitors and reaction conditions.

When the single-color light irradiates the workpiece, if the single-color light irradiates into the crack which is relatively deep and narrow, the single-color light is rarely to be reflected out of the crack. But if the single-color light irradiates into the scar, the single-color light is reflected out of the scar due to the specular reflection. During the relative rotation, when the reflected light enters the camera module in parallel, the energy of the light is concentrated, causing overexposure and forming obvious white light. Thus, the analyzing device can identify the recess is a scar formed by hit rather than a crack formed by heat.
