    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a parallel proxy model based machine learning method for oil reservoir production. With the proposed method, multiple optimized candidate solutions can be obtained within an iteration, and then a matrix laboratory (e.g., MATLAB) is used to call numerical simulation software Eclipse in parallel to conduct actual evaluation on the candidate solutions simultaneously, so that optimization time of complex problems can be greatly reduced. With the method of the present disclosure, the efficiency of solving an oilfield production optimization problem can be speeded up to a greater extent than in the art, and the final optimization effect can be improved. Moreover, the method of the present disclosure may further be used for well pattern optimization, history matching, and so on, apart from adjusting schedules of the producers and injectors in the oilfield.

A weight ratio between the first and second materials is in a range of about 1-10.

    Abstract: A method of recondensing boil off gas includes receiving liquefied natural gas from a storage tank and increasing the pressure of the received liquefied natural gas to produce increased pressure liquefied natural gas. The method further includes receiving boil off gas from the storage tank at a gas inlet of an ejector, and receiving the increased pressure liquefied natural gas at a liquefied gas inlet of the ejector. The pressure of the increased pressure liquefied gas is used as a motive force to eject combined liquefied natural gas and boil off gas at a pressure greater than that of the boil off gas received at the gas inlet of the ejector. The method additionally includes increasing the pressure of the fluid ejected from the ejector to produce increased pressure ejected fluid.

The historical parameter values for each substrate of the first plurality of substrates are normalized with respect to a plurality of parameter values for a particular substrate in the first plurality of substrates. An MVA model is generated by applying a set of coefficients to the normalized parameter values for each substrate of the first plurality of substrates, and the set of coefficients are regressed based on the seasoning progress data. An end point of the seasoning process is determined using the MVA model with a plurality of substantially real-time parameter values measured when performing a seasoning process over each substrate of a second plurality of substrates.

The method includes: lysing bacteria at logarithmic growth phase to obtain a bacterial lysate; mixing the bacterial lysate with an excessive amino compound solution to aminate the bacterial lysate in the presence of EDC; mixing the aminated bacterial lysate with the tumor cells for a certain period of time to produce bacteriologically-modified tumor cells; and inactivating the bacteriologically-modified tumor cells to produce the bacteriologically-modified whole-cell tumor vaccine. The bacteriologically-modified whole-cell tumor vaccine has been demonstrated to have desirable therapeutic effect in tumor model mice.
